Hartman's Nursing Assistant Care: Long-Term Care, 2e 2nd Edition

We occasionally distribute this textbook to our nursing assistant (CNA) training program students at the small trade school that I co-own. It is user-friendly and written at a reading level that the majority of our adult learners can easily comprehend. I will definitely purchase this specific textbook again.

I ordered the books for my employees who were taking an upcoming CNA class. When ordering the books I kept getting the message that even though there were 19 in stock I could not order more than 4. I had 5 people in the class. Why could I not buy more than 4 books?????? So I had to order an additional book from somewhere else, which then got lost by the post office and so I had to buy another book and have it overnighted. If I would have been able to buy 5 books at one time all my students would have had their books on the first day of class!!

I really felt that it could have used some more in depth information in some parts, but then might have gone spontaneously into too much information in others. I'm an RN student that decided to take a CNA class for personal enrichment and to keep my skills sharp. Some areas I really felt gave information without the rationale that I know you have to have to understand WHY. And then, in other areas, it gave enough details as to how a system works ,but used these large words that it didn't really define---expecting you to already know it, which you wouldn't unless you'd had nursing education ABOVE the CNA level. I just thought that was a bit poorly written.

I have no complaints about amazon.com, every single time I have ordered something from them I have gotten a GREAT deal and it has been shipped to me promptly without damage! I really enjoy shopping online, it makes my life much easier and helps me save money by finding the best deals. I know that I can always look to amazon for future needs. Great book for my CNA class and much less expensive than buying new

I was a little late on finding the text book i needed for class and ended up ordering the Hartman's Nursing Assistant Care: Long -Term Care, 2nd Edition from here. It said great condition and it sure was. I picked one of the fastest forms of shipping and got it before i was expecting it. great service.
