It is a "replacement" for the one that broke....or will break. This is NOT/NOT for use doing any heavy lifting. I have broken two forks in the past 6 months picking up manure in pastures. I have learned my lessong. No more "dura" forks for me. **Q: Where are they manufactured?** A: Minnesota **Q: Can you use this for goat poop?** A: I use it for horse poop and fill it full so it seems it would be fine for goat poop. **Q: Will this work dog poop?** A: Probably too large for dog poop unless you have a dog the size of a horse.
