Review: Excellent powerful SDS plus drill from Einhell. - As part of the 18V PXC range this drill is a great addition to my drilling capacity. It comes in a hard case with a retail card sleeve. The case isn't fitted tool specific but has egg box style foam both sides to retain the tool and any chargers and batteries you want to use. It doesnt rattle about. The main unit is much smaller than you might imagine which is what I wanted. I have a selection of batteries that fit and went for the 5Ah one to test. Its powerful and breaks bricks in no time. The drill also minces through mortar and bricks. There are drill options to drill, hammer, chisel fixed and chisel rotating. Other than a small adaptor this unit doesnt come with anything. No bits or chisels which is a bit mean considering the price and how much a bit set costs. Finally, to clarify. this is a BARE tool and has NO BATTERIES and NO CHARGER included. There are a wide range available online. Buy genuine and this tool needs 4AH or more to be of use on a site.

- The cordless rotary hammer Herocco combines four functions in a single practical tool: drilling, impact drilling and chiseling with and without lock. 2.2 joules of pure impact force are transferred to the clamped tool by the Herocco
- The brushless motor means more power and longer operation. Unlike a conventional carbon brush motor, the brushless motor is resistant to the usual mechanical wear. The product is supplied in the storage case E-Box
- The pneumatic impact mechanism makes drilling in hard material such as concrete no problem, while the precision speed electronics ensures adjustment for each material at the same time. A LED light provides an optimum view of the work area
- The Herocco is equipped with a universal SDS-plus tool chuck with semi-automatic function. The robust drilling depth stop made of solid metal is infinitely adjustable. There is also a magnetic bit adapter for screwing in teh scope of delivery
- A vibration-absorbing handle is a help on difficult tasks and ensures a steady hand while drilling and chiseling. The ergonomic handle and additional handle have a softgrip for a good, firm grip
- As a member of the PXC system series, all the rechargeable batteries from the series can be used. For optimum results it is recommended that 3.0 Ah batteries be used as a minimum. Supplied without battery and charger which are available separately
- For optimum use 3.0 Ah batteries or higher are recommended. Batteries with capacities < 3.0 Ah can be used. In this case, however, make sure that the device has warmed up first. If not, the battery will switch off prematurely

A: No they don't, only Einhell or the equivalent Ozito batteries will fit.

Absolutely fantastic! I have very hard concrete internal walls with hardcore and have struggled for so long being not able to use normal power drills, even hammer drills wouldn't work. This absolutely does! Cuts through like butter! It's worth noting that you need to buy the power charge separately and also you'll need SDS plus drill bits as I was confused at first but then quickly realised. Now I can put up a shelf when ever I like.! Yay!
