It's said that a person's skin and hair characteristics changes about every 7 years throughout the course of a life. Both my hair and skin have dried out quite a bit over the years as I used to have oily facial skin and scalp. That is no longer the case. My hair also used to be straight, with only a slight amount of wave to it. Now I'm in a phase where with the right cut and hair care products, it can have some curls. Usually that's when the humidity level is around 40% or more. Living in Southern California, that can go away during Santa Ana wind events where the humidity is often 20% or less. This Pacific Pineapple Swirl Curl Defining Cream helps boost my hair's tendency to want to be wavy and somewhat curly. Which I applaud! That helps give more fullness to thinning hair, too. It also adds needed moisture. I'm glad that I found this product line and use it frequently when styling. It doesn't leave a sticky residue at all, and has a gentle fragrance.

Oh my gosh… this smells amazing. It has the sweetest pineapple scent without being overpowering. My stylist used this on me at my last appointment, and I immediately loved how my hair felt. I’ve been learning how to manage my new menopause curls, and this has been such a great addition to my routine. It helps create a really nice cast while drying, but it doesn’t leave my hair crunchy. Once I scrunch it out, my curls feel soft, defined, and bouncy with less frizz. It gives hold without stiffness, which is exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I wish is that the bottle was bigger because I have a lot of hair and go through product quickly. If you want definition without the crunch (and love a tropical scent), this one is definitely worth trying

Smells delicious!! but it's kind of sticky? And is too heavy for my hair unfortunately. Doesn't leave any gross residues or textures, its not too oily or anything. The scent lingers in a very nice way

Read the reviews and wanted to give a try. Really enjoy the scent, it’s not overbearing or an artificial pineapple scent. I have a mix of wavy and straight hair that is dry and frizzes easily with too much product use. This product kept my hair soft and at bay, highly recommend!

Smells nice. Works well. I put on my fine hair when soaking wet in the shower. My hair is fine, blonde, just past wavy into curl. Shoulder blade length and I use a squirt about 1 to 1 1/2 long. Then scrunch. Gives nice clumpy curls if you don’t brush it after application. I recommend this to most of my curly clients.

smells AMAZING 😍😍 doesn’t make my hair super defined with just this product but with a gel and curl cream it works pretty good and leaves hair soft, helps with frizz, and kinda sticky feel after using it on my hair. the bottle doesn’t last very long with me since i have a lot of hair so i don’t know if i will continue to buy it but if you have soft curls or loose curls and want definition i recommend this. i have 3b-3c curls

I wanted some curl "defining" now that my perm was a month old and this product worked so well for the look I wanted. After blow drying my hair w/diffuser half-way, I put a nickel size amount into my palms, worked it around my palms and then scrunched it all over the ends and finished blow drying. It left my hair soft but curls were defined and hair was shiny. No greasy feel or stiffness at all. I loved using this product even more when I combed, scrunched my wet towel dried hair and applied the cream and let it dry almost fully and then lightly dried it w/diffuser. Perfect look for me. This product is very much like the discontinued Matrix product, Total Results, Curl Contouring Lotion, I always loved. Highly recommended.

This leave in balm moisturizes my curly hair perfectly. The trick is to apply to almost dripping wet hair and it leaves my hair with curl definition. It has a mild scent which is great.
