Usha Aeroswitch Fan Remote Control (Black)

I saw this product in one of my friends house and he recommended to buy it. So went ahead and purchased the item, have been using it for over 6 months now and its working as expected without any issues. Fitting was done by myself and it was 15-20 minutes job, the circuit diagram given in the box may look intimidating but its easy. Look for videos in YouTube if you are confused. One thing I would like to mention though is the price, as per me it should be no more than 500 but considering USHA brand I am trusting the device to be of good quality and will run long. All in all recommend for anyone looking to convert there conventional fans to remote control.

The circuit diagram given on the box is sufficient. A proper installation guide with step-by-step images would make this product more sellable, for the capabilities and reliability it has. Usha could do better in this department; otherwise, the product is solid, easy to install, and is reliable. Works rock solid and with a charm. You will notice a slight delay time in its response when you hit the start button but be patient. Secondly, there's a secondary 'ON' switch within the device itself - the device that is stuck to the fan; ensure this switch is turned ON else, you might assume the remote isn't working.

Likes: Design, two transparent receivers. Dislikes: 1. Need to read/know instructions before use. Especially on/off switch. 2. Remote not worked when it is on. (I mean remote not working). 3. Remote is working when switch is off... I can now on / off fan. But my bad luck, it runs on high speed even though it first accepts 1,2,3 and 4 it then automatically comes to 5. That too 7 days delay white it travels around India. Online price also charging high. In showrooms it comes at 699. Here 855.

I was excited to buy this product but first time it stopped working in 10 days. On , Off switch works but the speed setting stopped working . No matter what speed button you press it would work at max speed. I even called Tech from USHA and he said this product cannot be repaired only replaced. I Managed to get the replacement from Amazon. to my surprise the second product which came went bad within 24 hrs. i slept with speed 2 setting and when i got up it was at speed 5. No matter what speed button i pressed it worked at speed 5. Both the products were manufactured in Feb 2019. I again called USHA tech , he also recommended to return the product and he informed me USHA had manufactured this product only once and it has only 6 months warranty after that if it goes bad , this product cannot be repaired you will have to throw it. So no point buying this product where company itself is not manufacturing this product any more

It works really well and you get a branded product at such a affordable price. installation is not very difficult but if your are using the small rod that comes with the Fan then it is a bit difficult to fix it in the Canope, other than this there is no issue. Like - Easy to install. Simple function. User friendly Dislike- May not working on high speed fan. Only on off switch working but not able to control speed. Which is most important. Without this it us useless

Works perfectly as expected. Fan switch needs to be permanently on and regulator set to max permanently. The only challenge is installation. Depending on how your fan is installed, it may take some time. It's best to get this done from an electrician. I am no electrician and thus it took me 30-45 minutes to finish this. I did a shoddy job with the mechanism being open/visible. An electrician would probably be able to conceal everything nicely & neatly. If you're doing this yourself, make sure you handle the wires properly. Some of them are long and have lot of extra length, you need to tuck them in properly along with the main unit. If any of the wires or the main unit comes in contact with the rotating part of the fan then they'll get damaged & the whole thing will get broken, it may even damage your fan. So make sure that after all the connections are made, everything is tucked in tightly inside the dome & won't fall out

Very awesome device. Installation is easy. My old fan is now wireless fan that too for under 800. No humming super silent and supports inverter too.
