Do you make different formulations of Monkey Butter at different times of year? I ordered two jars, mine were banana, pineapple, coconut-- not mango.

I personally think it's a typo because it does say pineapple, banana and mango in the title, but down in the manufacturers pictures where they describe Monkey Butter it says banana, pineapple and coconut. Just my 2 cents

How long will it last in the refrigerator?

Don’t know. Mine is already gone. Experience with fruit butters gives me grounds to guess probably a month before the edges dry out. I’ve never had it mold.

What spices are used?

I didn't actually look at that. I will say it's really very good. I've reordered. Maybe check the description?

is the peach. Product ovenproof?

It's in a glass jar. I wouldn't put it in an oven, or microwave.

Pretty good product.

Normally I only give reviews if a product is garbage, but I got the pineapple-banana-mango not really sure what to expect. It’s actually really good, a bit on the sweet side, so I use very little of it. But it’s great on ice cream, or some Hawaiian rolls and a little butter. I’m going to buy it again.

Such an amazing flavor, kicks toast or an english muffin into the stratosphere! I think the cherry flavor is better than Mom's. I subscribe so as not to run out, seriously is becoming an addiction!!!

Very tasty
