I'm not a big fan of the things that you put below your glass, but to each their own.• Ease of Use: Easy, the tweezer thingy would work better if you have a container for the cubes and not a bag. Either way, it's just a glass, pour and drink, as easy as it gets.• Performance: Yeah the glasses are glassy, but I didn't like the cubes as much, they felt like they weren't working to be honest, the drink didn't get any cooler.• Design: It looks quite good, the design of the glasses it's obviously personal preference, but in my opinion they are great, the box too, and it comes well packaged. The glasses are not that big, they obviously don't have to be, but some people would expect the to be a little more bigger con diameter.• Value for Money: I think it's worth it, 30 dollars it's about right for this product, and for a gift too (which it's the main purpose of the product) if you are not sure, get it on a discount, but I don't think it's gonna be much cheaper than it is already.• Customer Support: I'm this case, it was a gift, so I didn't get to need to contact them, or see if there was contact information about customer support, so I can't say nothing about it.Conclusion: It's a great gift, looks good, and has nice details, it's probably worth it if you now that the person it's gonna use it, not overly priced.

I got this as a Christmas gift for a dear male friend. I wasn't really sure what Whiskey Stones were but I know he enjoys that type of item. When he opened them he was thrilled. And I finally learned what whiskey stones are for. He was quite surprised with his gift. It came in a lovely wooden box and was well displayed in it. The Box was excellent in protecting the two glasses that came with it. It was a very nice set and made a beautiful gift. A nice quality item I was proud to give.
