I'm quite happy with this book. The cover is elegant and the binding is durable, so it makes a welcome addition to the bookcases in your office, study, workshop, or laboratory. The pages are thick enough that bleed-through is a minimal concern, and they take ink well without smudging.I particularly like some of the extra features. The table of contents pages is an excellent addition. The book also includes guidelines for documenting activities if you need to do so for legal or procedural reasons as well as space for witnesses to sign your entries if necessary. While those features are irrelevant to my own purposes for the book, it's nevertheless a nice inclusion for professionals or students.If you're looking for an engineering or laboratory notebook (or, indeed, any notebook with grid paper) that isn't constructed with a cheap binding, this one comes highly recommended.

Great notebook with .250'' squares (or quad ruled) for to scale sketching and drawing. The paper is nice and thick and i got a nice thin mechanical pencil for this and it works perfect. The cover is solid and the binding is nice quality and it allows the front cover to articulate beyond 180 degree which is nice when I'm working on a sketch on a small desk while traveling. That way the front cover hangs down out of the way pretty close to 270 degrees.Anyway this is a very nice little notebook and I have been using it with great success.

I have used various gridded notebooks over the last 20 years (lined for the 20 years before that), some quite big and heavy and others wire-bound and flimsy. This notebook is thinner and smaller than some that I have used, but means it takes less space, but still hardbound so it is less likely to be bent. The paper takes a quality ink pen quite well. The book has a lot of extras that I do not need, which may be useful for someone more organized than myself concerning inventions and patents. Yet I find I am far more organized than most. I bought two-- one for this academic year and one for next academic year. I would buy again in the fall of 2022.I like the gridded paper for scale drawings (plans and sections), for making tables, and it helps with the block architectural printing I use. I do not know if the paper is acid free archival paper. The book becomes a partial record of the critiques, evaluations, projects, plans, travels, essential notes, accomplishments, ideas, and activities within the academic year. I have a recored written on about 40 such books during my career. 92 pages is enough pages for me in an academic year.If you do things in a similar manner, this is a useful notebook to purchase.

My son needs this for his engineering class, and loves it.

Great quality and value

This notebook came just as expected. The seam is nice, I don’t feel like this will fall apart. The book itself is smaller than some lab notebooks so be aware of that if you have size requirements. I’ve bought about six of these from various vendors on Amazon and they all have held up to the test of mechanical engineering labs. Good enough for me.

Great Engineering notebook. I love organization and this has everything I want. Table of Contents is nice. Great for IP/patentability work.
