Hi I am Tiel, are these feathers from an actual agle or another bird?

I’d be suspect as well, not only about what bird it came from, but also how they were sourced. It is not always illegal to possess eagle feathers in the US, and you don’t have to be a member of a Native American tribe. I’d the bird is not migratory in the US or and endangered species, you are able to possess ( also if you are a license falconer you are able to possess)

I was severely ripped off, I received small bird feathers

A complete rip off. Took forever to get and the feathers were a few inches in size. I purchased it for a dear native American shaman. I thought maybe they were genuine and it was going to be used in a ceramony in December. I didn't get it until mid January. It was in a crappy bent plactic envelope. When I saw the pkg I thought wtf... LoL I complained, my only time with an amazon purchase. I got my money back. Still have the tiny feathers. All is fine. Those big feathers in photo would of been great. I figured in china their laws on eagle feathers is different and I was going to get real eagle sacred feathers for a ritual with native american friends. Very disappointed. However, I read a few reviews from american tribes that claimed it real. Who knows.

Cinereous vulture, not eagle

I gave this one star because I don't approve of killing threatened birds and selling their parts, even if it is not illegal because they are not native to North America. But these vulture feathers, which come from China, are huge (bigger than eagle feathers) and impressive and in pristine condition. (The pristineness tells me the bird did not die by accident or molt the feathers.) It took almost three months for delivery from China.
