Great case, protective, thin and light, very secure when installed on the Quad Lock bike mount
Thin and light case, protective, holds my iPhone 7 Plus very securely to my Quad Lock Out Front mount, even when the ride is bumpy. The design of the mount system makes it easy and quick to mount or unmount your encased phone on the bike mount, good for those Kodak moments that happen on your ride. The case fits on the phone very securely. Some people like this case enough to use it daily, even when not biking. You certainly could - it's thin, easily pocketable, and the part on the back that attaches to the bike mount protrudes very slightly--less than you'd expect from the pictures. I have 2 other cases I prefer to use when I'm not biking. It's really not hard to put the Quad Lock case on or take it off when you're done with your ride, so that's great if you need to swap cases frequently like me. I like that the case is sold separately from the different mounts Quad Lock makes. A year ago, I invested in Quad Lock mounts for my two bikes plus a Quad Lock case for my iPhone 6 Plus. When I upgraded to the 7 Plus last fall, I didn't have to upgrade the mounts, just the case. There's a clear cover available for the case which isn't included with it. The price for the case alone is reasonable, but the case + cover costs more than I want to spend. But I can survive without the clear screen cover - the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus are more water-resistant than previous iPhones, and if I get stuck in a downpour, I don't mind putting my phone in a pocket. The Quad Lock case plus mount isn't cheap. But it's well made, very secure and protective, and I expect will last a long time. One tip for people who haven't used a handlebar mount for their smartphone: leaving the map app open and the phone's GPS on will drain the battery quickly. I'm getting better battery life with my 7 Plus than I've had with any previous iPhone. But still, make sure you're fully charged before a long ride.

Functional, low profile, sturdy case
I love the quad-lock design that I use for running with the arm band and biking with the handlebar mount. This thing is super sturdy. It's a well built case and what I like most is that the locking mechanism is recessed and low profile, so the phone still fits well in your pocket. One of my initial concerns was about wireless charging, but wireless charging seems to work just fine in this case. I had a quadlock case on my iphone 6 for several years which also proved to be very durable. I expect the same from this one.

Best Mountainbiking Phone Case
Best, most convenient case for a mountain bike. Period. I've used almost every case available for bikes, and this is head and shoulders above the rest. It's super-easy to take on and off the bike, and securely holds it even in a crash. What really makes the difference for me, though, is that the case is slim enough that I can leave this case on it indefinitely. With other systems I was taking the case on and off every time I rode my bike because it was too bulky to use daily. This one is small enough to stay on the phone all the time. Quad Lock has other mounts that allow you to mount this case to other things like a camera tripod. The only problem I have noticed with this case is that there are small holes in the mount that allow dust & dirt to get in, so periodically I have to take the case off and clean the dirt out of the back of the phone. No big deal but something to be aware of.

Great case, but even better mounting system.
I have given myself a good few months with this case before posting a review on it. I have to say that it met all my expectations and even exceeded others. It's more than substantial as protection for your phone as well as being very sleek and aesthetically appealing to hold. My one glaring complaint is with the buttons on the side being very flush making it difficult to press the volume rocker and power button. There are times I have to push so firmly I end up hitting both at the same time on accident or the button I didn't really want to push. The other minor issue is that the locking system requires there being a bump on the back of the case preventing the phone from lying flat on any surface. Not that that is really a big problem, but if you lay your phone on a table and like to try and text that way or anything it's a bit difficult. Minor annoyances of course. Where this case really shines is as a mounting system. The expense can get a bit high as you are purchasing all the accessories to go with the system separately, but I truly have not had experience with a mount for any cell phone I have ever had that has been better or easier to use. I have both the car mount and arm band which work great with the case. Once the phone is snapped into place it is secure and easily accessible. Don't allow the somewhat higher price point deter you as you will like this case and system for all your needs. Well worth the investment.

Superior iphone mounting with good protection
I've been purchasing these cases for my iPhones since the iPhone 4! I use them with a bike mount to keep my phone securely mounted while I ride. The connection is rock solid, I never worry about hitting a bump and losing the phone. In addition to the bike mount, I also use the armband jogging mount with it. The case itself is well made with slightly soft touch finish and a nice suede-like liner inside to prevent scratches. It also has a taller than typical front lip to provide better protection to the front glass. I've dropped my phone several times flat on the front and the lip saved me a screen replacement repair! The case is light and usable as a daily case for iphone. I can slip mine in a pocket, no problem. That said, the mounting point on the case does result in a slight bulge at the back. I've loved this case on my iphone7plus so far.

Great Case If You're Looking For Something To Keep Your Phone Secure While On The Bike!
For by birthday in 2013, my wife purchased me the Quad Lock Case for my iPhone 4s and I loved it. So when I upgraded to the iPhone 6, I was bummed I had lose the ability to have my phone on my head tube where I could easily access maps and hear real-time feedback from my apps while out on the road bike. So I was excited to find that I could order just the case for my new iPhone 6. This case is actually better than the one for my 4s. It's slimmer, fits and protects just as well, and feels better in my hand. Both were plastic, but this one feels a bit more matte (if that makes any sense) and doesn't slide as easily across smooth surfaces (good for when it's not clipped into the lock). Overall, this is a great purchase and I'm really happy that I can now have both my new phone and my Quad Lock!

Almost perfect!
This case is the best solution I have found for using your phone as a gps in your car. I had already had the mount with my last iphone so I knew what to expect, but to be short and sweet, if you are trying to decide whether or not to get this with the mount; pick it up! I am a territory manager for a wholesale company and I spend a ton of time driving and this thing is fantastic. The only negative thing that I would say would be in regards to the mount, not the case and it is a very small gripe. Simply put, the mount comes with a sticky backed suction plate in case you want to put the suction cup on something other than the window. It seems as though it would work great on nearly all surfaces but my F150 has a kind of elephant skin texture to all of the plastic on the interior and it is impossible to get the mount to stick to it so I had to go for the windshield mount.

Excellent Way to Mount Your Phone
Please note that I am including this same review for the Quad Lock Bracket for my bicycle (needed to mount this phone on my bicycle) I love Quad Lock. I have been looking for a way to mount my phone on my bicycle in the most minimal way and that was very strong and would minimize the possibility of hitting a bump and having the phone fly off. I wanted the phone to be in front of me so I have use my GPS or one of many riding apps on my phone while riding. I noticed Quad Lock in a bicycle store while on a trip and became interested how it worked. The bicycle bracket is not much bigger then my GoPro bracket and you have several options as to where the bracket mounts on the bicycle (e.g. on the handlebar stem or out in front of the handlebars). You also do not have do deal with a clamp that holds your phone or a case/pouch you have to put you phone into. When I got home I decided to go for it. It was an excellent decision. It is amazing. I am able to lock the phone into the bracket and it is so strong (but unobtrusive) that I am able to lift my whole bike by picking up the phone. I also like the fact that the case for your phone that contains the Quad Lock looks like any other case so I NEVER take my phone out of the Quad Lock case. My Otterbox case is now just sitting in a draw since I use the Quad lock case all of the time. Since that time have purchased mounts for my other bikes (mountain and road bikes) as well as the car Windshield mount. The only con I have is "Why is Quad Lock equipment so expensive?"
