This Jumtop is amazing. I learned about this Jumtop when my battery died at the grocery store and a stranger was eager to help us. She went in her trunk to get the Jumtop (it was a gift from her husband). I helped her easily connect the Jumtop to my battery and it’s quick charged my battery instantly. The Jumtop is light weight and comes in a storage case. The Jumtop is excellent. Thank u

I just received this unit and have not used it to jumpstart a vehicle.I read through the manual, was a little confused on how to charge it, but figured it out. I like that it is multifunctional. We will take it with us when we go boating and camping. Super cool that it can charge usb devices.So far it looks awesome. I will update this review later after we have actually used it. Seems like a good bang for the buck.

The product works very well. Power wise it is hard to tell if it is overrated on amperage but it did start my 3.8 V6 just fine with a completely dead battery. I feel confident it would start something much large but it may be down on some power compared to a brand such as noco.I was hoping the red on the outside was rubber to help with drops but the case is extremely nice and protects it very well. I wouldn't mind having another case to store other things in such as a amp meter.The instructions are not very clear, the pictures on here explain more that the instructions do but it is easy to figure out. The clamps are much better quality than other brands but they are a little short. Wires themselves are approx 6" on negative, 8" on positive. This does help with storage and for as much as you use it, it is not a problem.Bottom line, it doesn't have many bells and whistles but it will do the job for 90% of people and will have a higher amp to start larger vehicles. That is the ultimate point of the product, not how many devices you can recharge.

This jump starter never worked at all. I opened the package was real happy on how it looked and then I slowly found out that the item was jump. It wouldn't show any signs that it was working not even one. It was like I just bought a BRICK. That it I bought a really good looking BRICK. It going back, a huge waste of my time and how I have to find a UPS drop off location because it has a li on battery in it and USPS does not accept them. One company I will never buy from is JUMTOP, From now on I'm calling them... JUNKTOP

My car’s battery was dead, a neighbor came over with this device and jumped my car. I immediately went and ordered the same exact one as I had seen it worked for my car & he highly recommended it, when I received it, I read the easy short directions and started by familiarizing myself with it, although my neighbor showed me how to use it, It has a LED bright flashlight that also turns into a SOS, it comes with different cables to initially charge it, it charged in less than 4 hrs. the light will turn green when it is fully charged, it will even charge your cell phone, it is very easy to use, it comes in a carrying case. Thankyou for making this product, I can now drive with peace of mind.

Nice and compact car jumper with sharp appearance. The product comes with a pair of jumper cable and a flash light function which is very useful when your car’s battery under a dark night out of nowhere. The size is also very compact and easy to carry on. Haven’t got a chance to test the functionality but homely I don’t get a chance to test it. If you are looking for a light-weighted portable car jumper, this is the one you should consider!

Received the JUMTOP E16 and immediately used it right out of the box to jump start a dead battery on my ATV and it started right up on the first try! I'm VERY impressed that it came charged plus it's compact and lightweight design makes it very portable. The semi-rigid carrying case is also a nice bonus compared to what is typically sent from other manufacturers. I'm defiantly considering getting another E16 or E18 from JUMTOP to keep in my wife's SUV!

It was pretty simple to follow the instructions. At first it didn't work but I must not have had the plug pushed all the way in. I took it out and pushed it in again and it worked. Started my dad's dead car battery which is a Cadillac Escalade.Update: Their customer service is horrible! Find another company to buy from.
