This product shocked me. I was expecting a low end boxing/martial arts bag that would let me be able to strike something while working out. What I got was a high quality heavy duty workout bag.you fan fill the base with water or sand. NOTE..PUMP UP THE BASE WITH AIR FIRST. This will give perfect alignment of the fill hole for water or sand. I didnt do that. Would have been easier. Simple setup, games and sound is great, solid and great build quality. Use a pump to blow everything up fully. You will love this. Get one!!

We bought this for our 7 year old son and he loves it. My husband loved it as well. Super easy to set up. It was bigger than I thought but it works perfectly in our basement. Lots of fun and good workout too.

My teenage uses it as stress relief. It has held up well for weeks. Water evaporates from the base fairly quickly but it is easy to fill. Makes awesome noises when hit in the marked place.

Was great until it wasn’t. The parts that hold on the game portion broke off after 2 weeks and it has deflated but we can’t find a hole. Not worth the money.

Excellent quality, my son loves it, but I also get a good workout too. I think it’s a fun, awesome addition to my workout routine.
