My unit is over 6 years old and still going strong. Have used it for weekly yoga, working on the truck, laying on the ground in random places and other crazy things. I have put this mat through its paces and it refuses to give up! Lightweight and thin make it easy to travel with and give you that floor feeling.

If you like thinner Yoga mats, this one is for you: perfect grip, easy to roll out on the floor (immediately flat, which is often a problem with thinner yoga mats), and very resistant. Great value for money.

Pros - beautiful colours! Also the thickness is perfect for me. I use it over a wooden floor at home and at the studio. It has held up well - no tears or imprints or stretching. My dog also loves to lie on it every chance she gets.Cons - a bit slippery, because I have really sweaty hands, though the slipperiness has improved with time, and as my skills get better. I also washed it with coarse salt, and also with a scrubbing brush and detergent a few times initially. I think I've had the mat for nearly a year now. The lighter coloured side also shows up dirt stains. But I don't mind. You could probably easily wash it off.

I was looking for a mat comfortable enough for me to do Pilates on that would also let me be stable when standing up for tai chi, yoga, weight training, and so on. This mat is a reasonable compromise. I wouldn't want to go any thinner for Pilates, but for my other work, it's just the thing. A thicker mat would leave me too unstable when standing.It's also holding up well to daily use (~ 30 minutes on average). Printing from one of my Therabands did transfer to the mat, but it cleaned off easily and I suspect that it was due to Theraband rather than the mat.There was no odor when the mat arrived as sometimes happens with products like this. One edge was slightly deformed from the shipping box being caved in on arrival, but leaving it unrolled for a few days fixed that.For the price, this turned out to be a good buy for what I wanted. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought a second one to create a larger workout space.

I was looking for a good and affordable Yoga (heated power vinyasa) mat that isn't too soft, is stable/sticky enough, and lasts long.This mat fulfills the first two criteria exceptionally well. The thickness is just enough; not too soft, not hard and thin. It doesn't easily get slippery with sweat whereas the rental mats at the studio do. And it is double-sided. Highly recommended for these reasons.The only large problem is its durability. After maybe two weeks of moderate/high use, the mat components, particularly at the places where it faced most pressure, started to peel off. I considered contacting them and letting them know/ask for a replacement, but didn't get around to it.All in all, I'm still using it and it works well, but I don't know how much longer I will be able to use it. Very good mat overall.

I have been taking yoga for 13 years, and purchased some fancy Gaiam mats that either shredded or were slippery. This low end mat has quickly become my favorite of all. The mat isn’t showing signs of shredding at all (and Gaiam won’t accept returns on a shredded mat BTW). I sweat when doing a flow, and this mat isn’t slippery either. I used my older Gaiam mat last week, and I slid right down onto my face once.Im going to keep using this inexpensive mat at all the classes I take now.

Amortigua bastante bien en posturas con rodillas y tiene buen agarre
