Very Informative
Just after reading the first couple of chapters, I started eating healthier! This book has a great wealth of information on how to choose, cook, and eat healthier foods. I especially found the lists of food brands that were more natural and organic very helpful when I went to the market. There are some good recipes in here too. Give it a try! You'll never look at food the same way again!
