Excellent party tent
It arrived right on time for my son's birthday party. Easy to set up, took my husband and I about 15mins to have it up. I like the storage bag that come with wheels. Even though this tent is so heavy, I have no problem to move it around. The removable side walls are very helpful for the chill/cold day. We are looking forward to bring it to camping in the summer.

Decent, but not really commercial quality
We bought one of these to use at a regional burning man event last weekend. The canopy arrived timely and was pretty well packed. Setup and takedown isn't too difficult, but it really does help to have at least 4 people. The instructions outright tell you that attempting to open the support structure with only two people pulling on diagonal corners will damage it.The canopy is OK, but is kinda thin. It'll be interesting to see how long it holds up. We had some strong wind and we tied the thing to stakes. We first attempted to tie the lines to the canopy from the loops provided, but we immediately heard seams ripping. So we tied off to the frame instead. The canopy did hang on though. If the really cheap canopy we bought for about fifty at a box box store is a "1", and the most popular commercial 10x10 canopy on Amazon right now is a "10" (I have one of those too), then I'd rate this item as a 6 or 7. It's definitely stronger than the cheap, slant-leg canopies you can get inexpensively, but it's definitely not as strong or as well made as even an entry level "commercial" canopy. Even the carry bag is noticeably thinner than what holds the commercial canopy. We didn't have a reason to try the walls, so I can't speak to those. I'm sure they're adequate.10x20 canopies are expensive. The price on this one is probably reasonable for what it is. Neither an outstanding deal or a ripoff. It held up just fine in 4 days of wind and sun, just make sure you have it staked down properly. It doesn't take much wind to move this thing, it's a ton of surface area to push on.

Was good, until it broke and collapsed on top of me.
Amending my review....I purchased a "tent", like a party tent, im Sept. I used it a few times. Then one day we had a freak storm, little bit of rain, nothing massive. I went out before the storm started to pick up to take it down, and the entire frame bent and came down on top of me. Super annoying, painful, and dangerous! I reached out to the seller, and Amazon emailed me to reach out to CS who want me to reach the seller. There is no viable reason this thing should have come down on me. It was almost $200 and for a small bit of rain and a light wind to crumple it, it's an issue.I wanted to reach out to the comapny about a replacement, but I haven't had any luck reaching anyone.

Worth every penny!
Well worth the cost! Taking it down was just as easy as putting it up.......win for me!

Good size tent for the price!!
We just finished hosting a party this past weekend and couldn't be more satisfied with the purchase. We got the 10x20 with 4 sides. The tent was fairly easy to setup with 2 people but having 4 people(one on each corner) would be ideal. The frame seems well constructed and felt sturdy. The red pull rings make it very convenient to disengage the locking holes. The top canopy was well fitted and feels quite thick and durable. If staked down on each leg and tied off with ropes on each corner, I see no reason why this tent would get blown down like some reviewers claimed. We had a sustained 10-15 mph wind and the tent never budged. Only thing I can complain about is that the sides don't seem to be as well made as the rest of the tent. The Velcro strips aren't sewn on very well and I foresee them ripping off after a few uses as one has already come off after the first use. For the price, this is a good investment if you plan on doing a lot of outdoor parties or gatherings. I say investment because after a couple uses, the tent will more than pay for itself vs. renting a commercial party tent. After that, I'm sure you could rent/loan it out to friends or neighbors and make some money back. All in all, if set up correctly without putting too much stress on the components during setup, this is a great tent! Would recommend!

So worth the investment
We have used this pop up already 3 times and just love it. It can actually be put up by 2 people once you get the hang of it. It can be put down in approximately 20 minutes without much hassle. Pull pins make it easy to raise and lower legs. Sturdy and the case is nice too. Just make sure to put it in the bag properly because of it's rectangle shape (wide side parallel to the wheels). The sides are easy to hang up and gave some protection during a big rain storm. Really would purchase this again.
