It was easy to use. The size was just right for small cream horns. The quality was great and value was good. I wrapped my dough around it, baked, waited a few minutes and the shell came right off. So they perform like it should.

Good but a picture description of the individual results would be helpful.

One of my favorite authors describes a dessert called passion cones in a book. It doesn't say much about what they are but I decided to make a recipe as I imagined them with pastry puff cones, whipped cream, and raspberry compote. I got these cones to help make them and they worked pretty well! The puff pastry cooked well, it wasn't hard to remove the cones, and while there were a few spots I needed to scrub mostly the pastries came off cleanly. The hardest part was separating them initially, I needed pliers for a few. Would recommend.

When I received these, they were all stacked together, as I expected. But they were packed so tightly that most of them stuck together. When I tried to pull some of them apart, I actually sliced my finger open pretty bad on the bottom edge of one. After that, I used pliers to separate them. They do work great, though! I’ll be sure to dry them thoroughly to avoid possible rusting.

I have used these many times and I love them. I spray them with Pam before use or they will stick to your dough. They clean very easily and the little brush gets off what doesn’t just wipe off . Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is my second order. I love making cream horns using puff pastry. These are just the right size and are easy to use. They make it so easy. I do wish the cleaning brush was a bit larger. Puff pastry is made with butter and it tends to pool inside the mold.

Made my own puff pastry cones. Worked great. Easy to clean and use.
