My chair was delivered completely missing the bottom base and no wheels lol

Super comfy and sturdy, looks great too. The LED wasn't working on mine when it arrived, but service was immediately helpful.I found this because I was having neck problems causing headaches and posture seemed to be the cause. I tried a super expensive ($1500) chair at the local store with back pain supplies, and it was amazing. But too expensive. So I looked for one that appeared to have the same shape. When trying this one it was just as comfortable, and much better looking. Best deal on a chair I've ever seen. 3 months in and it is so good for my neck and back.Yeah it looks like a gaming char, but I use it for work and gaming equally. I don't need a stuffy-looking executive chair anyway, boring.

Holy crap they do not want to roll.The SOFTWARE IS TRASH.After going to their website and downloading the software which is super sketchy it doesn't even let me configure the chair lights.My buddy is heavy set he sat in it and the way the chair contours your legs, it doesn't let big people sit comfortable.Overall the lights are cool and the chair is comfortable don't get me wrong but I wouldn't buy it again.

This chair is terribly made. We had a previous chair that broke, and my son wanted the same one, so we ordered it. But the holes didn't line up on the new one, so we had to take apart the broken one and scavenge for parts to put the new one together. The internal foam broke so we had use two people to get the back on the seat. In other words this chair junk. The previous one broke, so it was junk in its own way. I'd say STAY AWAY!!!

Updating my review. I originally rated the chair four stars, but for $180, I expect my chair to last longer than a year. I purchased the chair in Mid August of 2018 and we are in October of 2019 and the chair has broke. The right side of the chair has completely slumped down and bent. I’m 6’4 and 190 pounds, there’s no way my weight should be breaking this chair.

Just received it yesterday and noticed quit a few issues with quality. The arm adjusters broke (both) and there was a slight tear in the seat. Also weird bumps in the back of the chair. For a $450 chair I expect perfection on quality.

Most uncomfortable seat ever. I hate it!!!!! 😡

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My son got about a few months from this lights were cool and he enjoyed the look but it was not comfortable at all. Infact it broke about 6 months in and the warranty sucks. Don't buy it!!

Es cómoda pero se rompió una de las llantas a los 3 meses y por ende queda inservible.

Muy buena calidad en cuanto acabados de la silla, por el precio está bien.Sin embargo no es tan cómoda como parece, otra cosa que no me agrado es que rechina mucho, algo que no es normal en otras sillas que he tenido, llevo menos de tres meses con ella.Por lo demás, es una buena silla, pero cabe mencionar que vale la pena invertir un poco más dinero e invertir en otros modelos de ser posible.

Muy buen producto, yo soy una persona pesada y si es muy comoda, tiene RGB via USB para tener mas FPS en los juegos (broma). Es precio calidad, ya tengo 1 año de uso y no se le han caido las ruedas, que es normalmente lo que pasa cuando nosotros los gordos usamos sillas con rueditas.

Me encanta que puedo sentarme en posición de flor de loto a diferencia de otras sillas gamer que tienen bordes a las orillas. No es muy difícil de armar, está padrísima y cómoda en general, sí te cansas menos con el respaldo, pero la versión E3 me vino sin cojines. En cuanto al tamaño, mido 168 y las plantas de mis pies sí llegan al piso apenitas, pero solo en la posición más baja. Recomiendo que vean las medidas en el sitio web de la compañía por que creo que este es el modelo más pequeño! En esta versión los reposabrazos no son ajustables y el respaldo solo baja como a 3/4 pero creo es más que suficiente. El asiento es algo duro, se siente más como una colchoneta en vez de un sillón, aunque eso es común en las sillas gamer; peso 85 y casi puedo sentir lo de abajo, siento que antes de los 6 meses tendré que mandarla a que le pongan un relleno más acojinado.

Me gustó mucho el diseño de la silla, tiene una muy buena robustez.Sin embargo, el proceso de fijación de las ruedas con la base de estrella, deja mucho que desear, puesto que en los orificios existen rebabas de hierro fundido o acero, estas no permiten que las llantas entren libremente en sus ranuras, tuve que usar un desarmador para limar y poder meter 2 de las llantas...la verdad, esto me llevo alrededor de 2 horas..y fue muy molesto, derivado del costo de la silla... por lo demás...esta muy bien...es mi unica queja...debería venir ensamblado la base con sus ruedas.
