Makes great fish stock
The taste is great just needs a bit of practice getting the measurements right for quantity

Great but would prefer a smaller amount
Product is excellent. It arrived very quickly. I only wish it was sold in smaller quantity. 700g is a lot of fish stock for a domestic use.

Excellent
As good as homemade. In the past I bought the 3 little tubs from Essential Cuisine direct but it works out cheaper to by this big tub. For a quick mid week delicious dinner, I take out a couple of fish and a couple of handfuls of prawns or fruit de mare from the freezer. At some point during the day I will soften some onions and carrots in butter, add garlic then a few minutes later add water and as many teaspoons of the fish stock mix until it tastes nicely fishy. About 20 minutes before dinner, I'll bring this back up to a simmer. I'll add a half tablespoon of tomatoes puree, then the white fish, bring it back to a simmer, add the prawns or fruits de mare and a handful of chopped parsley (I use frozen). Either serve with croutons and aioli (garlicy mayonaise) or add a couple of glugs of double cream. Heaven in a bowl.

Good taste
It takes a little time for the flavour to mellow out but after about 10 minutes, it tasted like high quality fish stock. I will be using it regularly.
