Had some terrible hip pain and decided to try using a pillow between my knees. It was a normal one, way too large so anytime I needed to move at night I had to wake enough to readjust. My next one was a body pillow on both sides that was absolutely wonderful -- I didn't have to wake up when turning over to adjust the blankets because there was a pillow on both sides.But eventually I missed all that space in my bed and dumped thr big pillow... and back came my hip pain. I wanted to try something smaller this time but didn't expect to get it right on the first try but this little pillow has been great!It feels a bit small in between my knees but it does the job perfectly. When I move around at night I don't really have to wake up to adjust and somehow it manages to stay with me at the same time.I got the cool gel version and I will say it warms up after a while but cools down if I put it out in the open air for a bit. I also recommend a pillow case for it if you aren't wearing long pajama pants.

I’ve been experiencing a slight pain in my right hip bone after losing a little bit of weight. I slept on a gel mat, I have an excellent mattress, so I decided to give this a shot. It’s too soon to tell if that’ll make a difference, but I can tell you that the alignment And comfort level is excellent. Never did I think purchasing this would make sleeping so comfortable. It also incorporated in very naturally. I don’t wake up much to use it or not use it. It just fits in easy. I also bought it from my 87-year-old dad who has sciatic right now And he also is enjoying it. Separately bought the covers to go over it and that seems to be working out fine.

Less back pain!Since using this pillow, I have been sleeping better and have had less back pain. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with back pain. It fits my legs well and stays pretty much in place if I roll over. I like the curved design. It does get warmer through the night.

I know this is marketed to use between your knees to align your hips but I tried it as a pillow for my head and it’s amazing. My head is cradled by the indentation in the middle. I can sleep on my back or side. It works both ways. It easily fits into my suitcase when I travel. I have a small pillowcase that covers it and makes keeping it clean a breeze. My husband noted that I don’t snore any more since I started using it. That was news to me. I can never go back to a regular pillow.

I am trying this orthotic pillow to help with back and hip pain. So far, I am less than impressed - it compresses down so much that I think I had more support with just my regular pillow. The reviews are good so I will stick with using this and hopefully I will see a difference. Right now it is not as supportive as a regular pillow between the knees.

Love love LOVE this!!!! I’m bone on bone but not ready for knee replacement surgery yet so I use this to cushion the knees when I sleep. Super comfy! The cover comes off for washing. I have purchased this twice more for gifts. I would give it more stars but Amazon maxes out at 5.

Nice soft foam. A little smaller than I thought from the picture, but it works fine between my knees. Would almost like a second one, but managing two of those in the dark getting up and down at night would be a bit much.

I've developed knee pain only while in bed on the inside of my right knee and after doing some research, it appears that I have a bursitis type problem, likely caused by the angle of my spine while asleep. So, I found this very effective little pillow that fits comfortably between my legs right above the knees. Pain gone.
