Worth it & will buy again
These worked really well for me. I usually have severe ear pain and intense pressure headaches when flying but these completely helped. I followed the instructions on the box for inserting. I put them in before the plane doors closed prior to take off and kept them on until the doors opened after landing. Of course I couldn’t wear my AirPods/earphones but I was able to comfortably wear headphones with them in. I will definitely be buying these for every flight now on.

Don't Fly Without These!
I have been using earplanes for over 10 years. I use them for 2 round trip flights without a problem. My ears have not stuffed or popped on an airplane once since I discovered these. I can't say enough about them. It may take a try or two to get used to placing them in your ear, but it is well worth it. Their little pressure relieving filter is the key. I have tried knock offs, don't bother.

Perfect when changing altitude
I have used these for years while flying, and I now use them when changing altitude in driving. They make eardrum pressures easier to manage. I would like it if they would make these in a neutral color.

GET THEM!!! Prevents my head from feeling like it will explode!
If you have any pain or discomfort in your ears when you fly, you need these. Taking Sudafed ahead of the flight/landing helps me some but Earplanes is the only thing that works completely and reliably. Plus I prefer to avoid medicine if possible. I have been using these for years and the latest version seems to work even better, are more comfortable, and easier to get in my ears. Without these my head feels like it’s going to explode during landing. I always make sure I have a stash in case I need to take an impromptu flight. They really muffle noise so it’s annoying trying to hear others or music/tv. Because of this I end up taking them out on longer flights after we get to cruising altitude and then I keep an eye on the time so that I put them back in an hour before landing per the instructions. For flights 3 hours or less, I keep them in for the whole flight. Before you insert the Earplanes, make sure to pinch your nose and blow in case your ears need popping. This will make them work best and they will prevent painful popping during the flight.

Works well.
I mostly use these when in a bus or in subway station where loud announcements by MBTA come on frequently. One plug usually enough to make the sound tolerable. They stay in well. Only problem is they're easy to lose.

Awesome Earplugs
Bought them to use in hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy. They help my ears to adjust to the changes in pressure. Great product.
