This book is great, it explaines what type of convection oven, what kind of pans to use & not use. Finally a book that doesn't just give recipes but also explains a lot moor. Till now there was very little on convection cooking. It has great recipes, will worth the money. Glad I did.

Great book ---especially for one who is a beginner in Convection cooking! The basic information is extremely helpful. The recipes cover many areas of cooking (vegetables, meat, bread, etc) and can be used as examples of how to convert regular recipes to convection cooking. mj

Loved the section with advice and instructions on using a convection oven. The recipes concentrate on more vegetarian diet items than meats. But the essential chicken, beef roast, turkey and pork are there. Now that I have a better idea about using the convection oven, I will adapt my own recipes.

This is just the book I needed to transition to using connection cooking. I’m enthusiastic to begin the adventure. The recipes are not so simple as to be boring; but aren’t crazy/strange. The author is great at explaining how to adapt the standard recipes you have at home to use with a convection system. It is exactly what I was looking for!

Being new to convection cooking I was looking for a well written cookbook with easy to follow instructions and ingredients. Ms. Donovan is to be commended for meeting and exceeding my expectations for a good basic instructional cookbook. I just wish she had included some photos of the actual dishes she so richly describes. Overall well done and I recommend this fine cookbook highly. Robert H. I did a full review of this book there were many people that gave good reviews but there was one negative person that gave a bad review 1 star stating and there's not many recipes but I took all the positive reviews ahead true to told that 1 negative review is the correct 1 for example I like chicken and that's mainly all I eat is only 10 recipes. My son say weight of the product makes a difference for example one chicken breast at 8 oz gives you a specific time and temperature. But what about 2, 3 or 4 or more chicken breast it doesn't give you do you add 10% more cooking time more temperature it doesn't tell you do not buy this book There is another cook book from a woman And the title is named cooking with convection but reviews say she makes mistakes so that's why I didn't choose her The best way I could tell you is go search online and do research for a recipe I'm getting a refund and sending the book back for a refund. Plus one page at the corner was wrinkled.

Super add to my working collection and helps me get the most out of my breville convection oven; I consider this a “must have”!

Love how this cookbook explains how a convection oven works and the different types out there. Great recipes included to try as well

I ordered this as was trying to get to terms with changing from Gas cooking to electric. Very interesting, as lots of recipes involved. Only downside is that it is American, so needs a bit of altering to our measurements etc. Haven't tried any of the recipes at the moment. At least in the book their is an equivalent to our Christmas Dinner, so keeping my fingers crossed. Of course it tells you what the equivalents are, but a bit of a nuisance having to check all the time. Time will tell !!!!!!

This is an excellent book. Full explanation of convection cooking and some good recipes.

I wanted to know how to use convection oven, how to adapt my own recipes, and learn some new recipes. This book is great, and the recipes are delicious. Everyone in family loves them and are adding to 'make again' options.
