Great supplement
I purchased this because it was cheaper and more available then what we purchased first through our doctors office. The taste is good when we add it to a small glass of water.

Love slippery elm tincture
As I've shared in my other reviews, I have a bad digestive system with tons of allergies. This helps to keep things flowing if you know what I mean 🧐😂. When you get food pollutants in your gut it causes all sorts of inflammation. This stuff has helped. Another added bonus is it has helped my vocal cords. I have Hashimotos Autoimmune and I get raspy at times. I'm singing clearly now. Grateful to be able to do that for a change. Not as my voice was when I was a younger woman but still pretty awesome. Try it. The flavor taste like earthy to me. Very much a health food store tincture. Not to bad.Good price. Great purchase.
