Great light weight perfect for fondant- I bought this for use with fondant because I bought a plastic one first and it came warped so I thought this would be great because that should not be the case with stainless steal and I love this rolling pin. It works so well with fondant. It doesn't stick at all. The size is great for rolling large sheets for covering large cakes. Highly recommend.

I've had wooden rolling pins for many years, but this is the first metal one. I should've ordered one before. The great part about this is that, like rolling on metal surfaces, it stays cooler. This can be nice when rolling out butter-rich doughs. This is absolutely beautifully crafted, substantial but not overly heavy. I'm truly delighted.

Just what I needed. It is lightweight and easy to store and use. I needed this kind of rolling pin for some special pastries I made but I will used it for a lot more.

I like this rolling pin. Nice feel in the hand, to use fits in my freezer

I absolutely love this rolling pin! Made wonton wrappers with it and no sticking! Also used it to crush bread crumbs after making croutons, worked great and cleanup is a breeze.

This is a good rolling pin, but I took two stars off because the ad states that dough will not stick to this pin. Not true, as it does so frequently, just like wooden pins. Plenty of flour takes care of this, but still not as advertised.

I've tried out many different rolling pins, and I've got to say that this one is my all time favourite now. I dislike pins with handles, as I find that they get in the way, and they tend to be fragile. The lack of handles on this pin is then a great feature in my opinion, and is one of the reasons I prefer it over my other metal rolling pin. The surface of the pin is very uniform, and it is very good about not sticking to most doughs I use it on. The build quality is fabulous, and the pin itself is just gorgeous. The only thing that I think could be improved with this is if it could be just a little bit longer, but it's certainly long enough for most of the stuff I use it for.
