I’m needing a stop leak for a manual Subaru Impreza, will this work?

For a vehicle with a manual transmission, we recommend our Bar's Leaks Transmission Stop Leak Concentrate (part number 1420). This product was designed to work with all domestic and import vehicles, with either automatic or manual transmissions. For a manual transmission, you would use approximately 2 ounces of stop leak per 1 quart of transmission fluid capacity. Leaks usually stop in 200 miles or 3 days of driving, but if the leak continues, a second application or mechanical attention may be needed. One bottle of Bar’s Leaks Transmission Repair, 16.9 oz. part number 1400, treats 8 to 12 quarts of transmission fluid. On smaller systems from 4 to 7.9 quarts, only use half bottle, pouring equal amounts from each side. For larger systems use one bottle for every 10 quarts of capacity. I have had good results

For me it is working well. My transmission in the 2006 Expedition slipped once ever so slightly. I checked the fluid level (according to the manual) It was reading just at the,”add” line. One bottle topped it off perfectly. Hopefully any small leak is fixed. Good luck with yours.
