As others have mentioned, the taste is terrible, but that's to be expected with all trace minerals supplements. That being said, it's the least offensive one I've tried. I take a shot glass of this mixed with water AM and PM. When I miss a day, I find myself craving it. The difference it makes is so amazing. I feel energized and my mood is better. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder, and the cold, dark winter months usually drag me down. Not with this!I've also found it helpful with remineralizing teeth. I have sensitive teeth and gums, but when I swish this around in my mouth before swallowing, my sensitivity is greatly diminished.Do yourself and your health a favor and try it.

This is an excellent product. Look at all the minerals it has, and they are of the highest quality, like all Youngevity products. Remember, our food today no longer has nutritional value, even organic foods. You need this if you want to stay healthy!

It absolutely does as advertised

Delivered quickly. Taste is doable when mixed with something flavored. But the way it makes me feel young again is priceless! I do 2oz 2x a day for 1 week then 2oz a day after first week. My energy level is great now!

The minerals are probably good but the taste isn’t. Will need some juice to mix with it .. I’m going back to cherry mins
