Works well. I have tried many probiotics . Some work ok some are too harsh and some did nothing. These are the best I have tried.

Best Probiotic available.
First I would like to State I’m not a distributor and I rarely write a review on any of purchase. I started plexus ProBio 5 about 1 year ago and must say it has by far been the best probiotic I have purchased and well worth the price. It does not provide instant results but there you will not have instant results with any probiotic. ProBio 5 has helped my health tremendously and when I have stopped taking it for about a week the health concerns reappear. The only negative complaint I can say is the price, yet you can purchase for half the cost on the plexus website and if you are like myself like convenience they offer 15% off for auto shipping so you never run out.

One of my Favorite PreBiotic Supplements
This is one my favorite pre-biotic supplements. Recommended directly by my gastroenterologist. I always take 1-2 per night before going to sleep. Has really helped my stomach (and already on my second bottle). Do plan to purchase again!
