Worked great for me
Have been using Quicken for over 20 years. Yes, before the yearly subscription, there was the required every three year upgrade. I understand the dissolutionment, but also think it's a great product that makes keeping track of my business and our personal finances a snap. I waited for the last minute to upgrade and is was a snap. I did not experience any issues I had read about in the reviews. Did have some questions on how to install; called the 800 number and was walked through the process with no issues. The guy was great! Also, did order the Premier version in order to take advantage of the Morningstar Xray for our investments rather than pay another $100 plus a year to Morningstar. Could not figure out how to 'work' it, called again, got right through to someone and got the understanding I needed. Yes, no one likes paying more than they used to, but it' a great product; they need to make money to stay in business and provide good customer service. Most companies are now going to a subscription service. Anyway, I'm a fan and willing to pay my share to keep them going. Cannot imagine what life would be like without this program.

just as buggy as ever
it downloaded duplicate accounts from my brokerage and separated them and is keeping them as hidden separate accounts. the only thing I can think of to solve this is to uninstall it ,wipe out all Quicken files from the computer and start over again which is what I did to begin with.

Best option when given no choice
Since Quicken has forced us into their "more money for the same product" mode of having to pay each year even if they don't give us anything new, then purchasing the product here is the best we could do. It's too bad that Quicken wants to suck more money out of users, but I guess that's business. We really need someone to market a competitive product to give Quicken some competition in the marketplace to drive down prices; maybe this new increase cost mode will make that happen now.

"This [Activation] Code has already been redeemed"
Now that Quicken is a subscription-based service, the software media and installation are useless without a valid 1-Year Activation code. Such is the case with my purchase. The item description/title is "Quicken Premier 2019 1 Year membership" which I did not receive - I received a (new, still sealed) software package with all contents intact, but with an invalid ("already...redeemed" by someone else apparently, although I don't know how) activation code. Am making an attempt to return to the seller. May update this review after my experience with the seller.

Keep what you already have this version is bad.
The mobile app does work properly and the desk top gives wrong information and won't correct itself.

Same ol’ Quicken for a bit less money.
I have had a love/hate relationship with Quicken for about 20 years. I find I’m not alone. Anyway, it is what it is and there’s no competition. At least it’s a bit more economical getting from a reseller.

Not much different
I cannot see much difference in this product and the 2016-17 product I was already using. I have used quicken since I had an Apple IIe and have always liked it. This one to me seems to have just taken money I did not need to spend.

Constant sign in requirements are a nuisance.
As it has always been this software continues to be a work in progress. Updates are coming more frequently with this rental approach but the next freeze seems to be always just around the corner
