These are actually fun to eat. I really like the texture that is something like a cross between a chewy candy and one of those orange gummy candies that are shaped like an orange slice. The flavor even reminds me of those orange candies. The rice paper does add a nice balance with the flavor in addition to serving its purpose. Plus I got a cute little sticker. It feels nostalgic even though I barely tried them for the first time.

I bought this candy because it seemed interesting and I like to try new things. Also the price was right. Sadly I am now addicted to them.....They have a citrus orange flavor. Sweet but not too sweet. The consistency is like a very soft gummy candy. It is clearly a rice candy. There is an outside wrapper, and an inside wrapper rolled over the center of the candy. The inside wrapper is edible, soft and wafer like. It is a candy experience.Each box contains 6 pieces of candy and two cute stickers.Yes, I will be purchasing this again....and again......and again

My daughter described this candy to me and I searched high and low and finally found it. This candy was brought to the USA from a friend years ago Mike Plumb that works on the barges and they shop in different stores around the countries while at work. My daughters found these boxes that they spoke of eating the wrappers and I sought these ought by color, appearance, texture, wrappers, and more search functions and finally they said it was at Mike's house and I asked him (still had his number from 10 years ago) so I search quickly on Amazon and BOOM. For the past 2 years we buy these cute boxes and yes you can eat the rice wrapper and it has a cute sticker in each box. Taste is something you have to try because I can't describe it but keeps your mouth busy and helps you mind your business. :)

I love these candies! Used to be in stores but hard to find now a days.so happy they are on Amazon now! Just to let everyone know the plastic on the candy is edible since it's made out of rice and your not supposed to unwrapp it but you can if you want too. Thats why the wrapping sticks to the candy. The candy itself is kinda hard well it's more of a chewy candy but will soften up in your mouth after a couple mins. It's supposed to be ate slow not fast to enjoy it and that's how it's made. It's all natural candy and has a light citrus flavor of orange not over sugary like American candy. Japanese candy ain't all like that sugary. So keep that in mind!!! But it's a nice treat and worth the .99 buy. Comes with a cute sticker for kids too!
