This smells nice, and it’s not over powering. My husband uses it at bedtime, before putting on his sleep apnea mask. Helps him sleep through the night. It’s very effective in helping him sleep, he’s a lot less stuffy. Love the natural ingredients and not all that medicine and side effects those come with.

Idk what people use this for but I bought it to clear my sinuses but it’s ended up kinda an essential oil type product for me. The scent is just right not too strong or too weak. It's all natural ingredients. It's very effective in help me relax and go to sleep. Very durable and easy to use

Love this lavender sniffer thing. Just the right amount of scent.… Not too weak, not too strong. Great for calming and relaxation. Glad I bought it before a long flight. I haven’t tried any of the other scents yet, but I probably will.
