Money well spent.Pros: Easy to Install. Pro installed it due to price and warranty.Easy to use.Stays clean. Biggest time saver.A must for guys. The bowl is so big if you miss you are probably drunk.Deodorizer.Cons: Top buttons that control flush and lid closing on remote do not light up and you have to feel forthese buttons in dark.I thought this had an automatic rinse and lid lowering when you walk away. My bad I should havepaid attention to the model that does. I will make sure the other non bidet ones have sensorflushing.I should have gotten this since 5/2022 it’s work very well !

There is nothing bad to say about this smart toilet. It has everything one may need. The remote takes a little getting used to. You can open the top lid then open the seat up all in one click. The heated seat is nice and the best feature is the blue lighting which acts like a night light for us during those middle of the night moments. Electrician didn't have to make too much adjustments for us but it's handy to have an outlet nearby for installation. Clean up is easy for a quick swipe of a clorox wipe on cleaning days. The material is solid and would purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. I really don't know how this toilet has such a good rating and review when it is by far the worst toilet I've had.We purchased the toilet but didn't install it until near the end of our bathroom remodel. Everything looked great. But after just one night of use of the toilet, we noticed the extremely weak flush power and low amount of water this toilet flushes.We tried the electronic flush and each of the two manual flush buttons on the right side all with the same result - this thing just can't flush. we have to literally flush 5 times and wait in between each flush for each use. We thought maybe its just clogged. So, we tried all the common methods of getting the toilet unclogged. We tried plungers, pouring shampoo with hot water, using a toilet auger, pouring a large bucket of water to get the toilet to do a *gulunk* sound but nothing works. What kind of toilet doesn't do a *gulunk* when you dump a massive bucket of water in fast???? this thing just holds the water in the bowl - is it just a bad design and too small of a bowl?As a last resort, we called their advertised customer service number - no one answered on multiple times and days of the week - all calls just go to a message telling you to email their website email. so we did. After submitting an email we get a question to our questions - "was this toilet installed by a licensed plumber?" which we replied yes to and have since heard nothing back to our repeated email replies or calls for almost two weeks now. So now we have a fully remodeled modern master bathroom without a working toilet.Save yourself the money, time, and energy and buy another toilet. Big lesson for me - don't trust all positive amazon reviews from now on.

I have now owned this bidet for 3+ years and not had a single issue until recent...my lid motor has started failing so i reached out to woodbridge by email and showed them my order info and told them i thought that was the problem according to some forums i had read...they said send a video i tried but told them i didnt think it was under warranty.. they offered to send my a replacement anyways....you definantly cant ask for better customer service...and as far as the product goes....i cant say it enough...if you get one you will never again go without one!

Have this product for about three years now and it works well. The only problem I have is some time clogged up very easily.. don’t put a big load at once

Love this toilet and its features. My wife wasn't real thrilled until she started using the heated seat feature. Couple of things to keep in mind. (1) Make sure all hoses are connected tight prior to installing. Our toilet came with a couple that were not tight. Didn't find this out until AFTER we had installed it. For a $1,000 toilet you'd think that you would not have to do this. One of the hoses that goes up into the electronics unit is actually pretty hard to tighten. Hard to turn the toilet over to get to it. THIS IS IMPORTANT - we found out after installing and had water everywhere after a couple of flushes. Wasted the wax ring that I had purchased to use with this unit. The wax ring (which is a one time use item) was not the fault. It was the manufacturer's hoses - not the water delivery hose that I attached to the unit. We ended up using the wax ring that came with the unit when we reinstalled and had no problems with it. No leaks upon reinstalling the unit. I guess I shouldn't have "ASSUMED" that the company had done it's job. (2) READ THE FINE PRINT RE. THE WARRANTY - IF the unit is not installed by a licensed plumber - the warranty is void. THIS IS HORRIBLE since it doesn't take a plumber to install a toilet for most people. I believe the company has done this so that they would not have to pay many warranty issues - SHAME ON THEM. (3) Floor bolts are accessed from the rear of the toilet. My arm would not fit in the space. My wife's did and she was able to tight them. (4) This takes TWO people to install. (5) The manual needs some work. The auto seat open and close comes with this feature turned off. The manual states to press the stop button and the toilet seat button. It does not state that you need to PRESS BOTH OF THESE BUTTONS at the same time. I found out the right combination through trial and error. Overall, we LOVE this toilet and recommend it with the information that I've provided in mind when you purchase and install it.EDITED: 06JUN20. After using this toilet for sometime now, I wanted to write and reiterate how much my wife and I STILL love this product. Company customer service also returned my phone call and helped me find the correct way to use one of the functions of the remote. Love a company that reaches back to its customers. Enclosed some photos of the installed toilet. Didn't have to worry about the toilet paper scare with this item! Also, as a guy, I LOVE THE NIGHT LITE!
