I needed a mailbox that was bigger than my current one (a small, simple "townhouse" one by Gibralter) that was:- wall-mounted- big enough for ALL normal sized mail to not be sticking out the top- kept water out when top was closed- deep enough for small packages like bubble mailers- not the type that had a security flap that always got in the way- cute but nothing over the top- had a red flag for lettercarriers to know to stop at our houseThis mailbox checked most of these boxes but it's definitely cheesy. When possible I'll probably replace it but for now we just needed a new one up there. Expectations not met:- while just applying the vinyl house numbers it was bending and had to be popped back out and dents fixed, it is VERY flimsy- this mailbox fills with rain even when the top is closed, this is a real problem for those of us whose front doors are exposed to the elements.Otherwise, for a cheap mailbox you can make a few alterations to make it work. We added a red metal flag to the side for like $3.50 that is kind of awkward but usable for our purposes. We will have to drill holes into the bottom to drain out the water which I find no one should have to do but doable. It's cute, there's no stupid security flap in the way so it closes without issue, it was easy enough to install with vinyl hangers so we didn't even have to drill holes in our new siding, and it's big enough for all mail and small packages.

This mailbox gives a pop of color to our white home. Just as shown in the picture. Replaced a dingy old mailbox that was probably hanging there since the house was built. It was time for a fresh box. Really improves curb appeal. Deep box can hold lots of mail and little packs from online purchases. Study and well built. Hinge feels solid. Highly recommend. This box also comes in a distressed version, but we chose the new clean look. Also, It's great for when you are using Uber you can say "The house with the red mailbox!" Great landmark. Five Stars.

I’ve gotten so many compliments. We moved into a brand new house that didn’t have a mailbox, and I stalked so many red mailboxes on various websites. This one was perfect and in stock so I could get it by our move in date. I also bought vinyl siding clips from Amazon and they’ve held it securely for a month now. I like how large it is but if you’re short like me it can be difficult to reach all the way to the bottom to get a lone envelope.

The hinge you need to account for i used shims and needed to build up the wall behind it to be flush. I added washers to the screws that hold the mailbox on to secure it more. I also used larger screws not the ones it came with. So far it's great

Love this mailbox!! Nothing to complain about. It is big!! Bigger than I expected although I did look at the measurements for proper fit. It's actually easier for me to grab my mail. I also am really happy with the color.

I really like this product, and seems to be good quality. We have it hanging on a wall inside our apartment, so I am not sure how it would hold up on an exterior wall. It seems solid, so it would probably be fine.The product took a while to get here, and when it arrived it was the wrong product. However, after messaging the seller they quickly resent the product. I was expecting to just return it, but was plesantly supprised when the correct product was mailed fairly quickly.

I love my new mailbox, if that is a thing. I just popped it onto the existing screws where my old mailbox was attached. My son says it looks British and I agree. Big enough to handle small packages and magazines without the top standing up.

Easy to install (would highly recommend vinyl hanging clips if you have vinyl siding) , a little banged up, but will do its job of receiving mail just fine

It's a great mailbox and I absolutely love the way it looks, but it's quite tall so it can be difficult to reach down to the bottom! Something to keep in mind when mounting it.
