Raquex Replacement PU Racquet Grip: Tennis, Squash, Badminton. Range of colours

Tennis. I have very sweaty hands and my usual grips never give me the confidence that I need to hit the ball as they slip, so I end up playing the tippy-tappy game! Not now 👌👊!Because I can grip the racket without it twisting in my hand I now have the confidence to go for it, don't waste your money on cheap grips, try this one out, it is really good. First the pros: the Raquex grip feels nicer than my previous make - Tourna Grip - and it was much thicker so there is a degree of cushioning which, I guess, would be better (jointwise) in the long run. But then the Raquex was their leather-esque type and TournaGrips was their 'dry feel'. Having switched I wouldn't go back to TournaGrip unless they do something similar. Pricewise Raquex is more expensive (and feels it) while you can get more for your money with TG. TG is a 'next day' service but I had to wait a few days on Raquex. I wish both would give more specific instructions for begineers on 'how to' regrip. It seems the starting point is at the centre so you have to unfurl the roll to get started and how is a beginner supposed to know that? If not then the instructions are worse than I thought. Raquex offering 10pc off for doing a review (good or bad) seems a nice touch.

First time ever re-gripping a tennis racket and it was pretty straightforward. Peeled off the old one, unrolled the Raquex tape, started at the bottom and wound it on, then taped off the top with the supplied finishing strip. Not sure if the phot does it justice but pretty pleased with the result! Would buy again...

Quickly delivered with comprehensive fitting instructions. Early indications are that it provides a solid but not over tacky grip and is comfortable on the base of the hand. Long term viability remains to be discovered but certainly first impressions are very good!

Have just replaced the grip on my badminton racquet for the first time using this. The tape came quickly and with a very good set of instructions to follow. Be careful when removing the backing from the tape - it is basically double-sided tape and I started off by peeling the whole tape strip off rather than just the backing. The grip tape doesn't seem that sticky when you unpeel the backing but it is absolutely fine once you apply it to the handle of the racquet, just make sure you remove as much of the old grip as possible first (my original grip was a kind of suede material which was a nightmare to remove but I'm glad I took the time to do this properly). Am very happy with the end result.

My racket handle was getting bare and had a few instances of losing the racket; in desperation and for speed i tried vet wrap from the local farm shop, used to wrap around horses and dogs legs when they have a strain. Worked Ok for a few games but got sweaty and was too bulky.Replaced that with this tape and my game has literally been transformed. Power, control, grip, all now vastly improved. Great product.

Delivery was good. Fitted the replacement Grip to one of my squash racquets as per instruction. Yes, it did the job and was satisfactory. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try it out yet, all I can say is that it's got to be better than what was on the handle originally. There wasn't enough grip material for two racquets I'm afraid. I really hope it does the job.

Good quality grip. Worried it wouldn’t be like the previous Wilson grip that they came with but my fears were allayed after I’d replaced them fairly well & tried them out. I’d had prior experience of taping my bike handlebars so this was similar. Finished with commoner-household electrical tape & works a treat.
