Great value for the money!
I have 2 of these and love them. I bought a second one because we moved and the first one was left in storage, and because of the high value/low cost, it wasn't a hard decision to purchase a 2nd one to go along with my other Worx devices. Highly recommended as long as you aren't expecting HIGH output, but you should be looking at a much more robust gas powered unit for that anyway.

So handy!
The fact it can be used with water fed either from a hose or from a bucket makes this very versatile. The battery charge lasts long enough to finish most jobs. Not as powerful as a regular pressure washer but the size makes it easy to store.

It drains batteries fast
I love this machine I have the first one the hydroshot so I ordered the second one because of the double batteries and when it did come in it looks really good it feels really great strong powerful but it went through the batteries relatively quickly so if you're going to have this machine you should have extra batteries present but I do love this machine in fact the first one and the second they're great machine the batteries are little expensive but they're great machines

Not the best nor is comfortable to use.
Bought many Worx tools in the past and most of them are reasonably good. This battery powered washer seems to be well made but very tiring to use because the spring force of the safety interlock is too strong to keep the washer activated. This makes it extremely tiring to use. Pressure was not impressive and 2 batteries exhausted very quickly, before I could finish washing one sedan. It’s not a bad tool but just wasn’t designed to be easy to use. Very disappointed with this item. 2-star rating would be proper but still want to give a 3-star because Amazon delivery was fast.

meh
I'm a big fan of Worx tools but I wish I had passed on this one. I knew it wouldn't be as powerful as a pressure washer but got it because it is so much easier to set up and use. But I can get the same results from a garden hose with a good nozzle. And the battery life is awful, even with the 40v. Their string trimmer, leaf blower, jaw saw? I've got them. They're great. Hydro-shot? Not so much.

Problem Solved!
We have a spring fed pond on our property. Stupidly, I allowed too many of the wet leaves to get into the filter causing a clog. I read that you could use a pressure washer to force them down. I already have Worx batteries from my Jaw Saw so I only had to buy the Hydroshot tool.I was able to use the water from the pond to spray into the filter. I sprayed until the batteries ran out (shorter time than I expected them to last). It was still clogged but figured I would try again with the recharged batteries. However, about an hour later I was walking near the pond and heard water flowing. The filter was unclogged and flowing freely again. This tool has already paid for itself. However, I think the Hydroshot will be great to have around the pond for dock cleaning and also for projects when I don't want to drag out the hose.

Weak output and heavy to hold
Very disappointed with the output of this. I was fully aware that it only put out 450psi, but an shocked at how pathetic that actually is; can't power wash mold off concrete, can't generate foam using a foam cannon attachment, can't reach more then about 3ft from end of the lance. Also, because the pump and batteries are all in one its very heavy. Holding it for more than a few minutes at a time causes your arm to ache.

Worked great for my task
This worked well for the reason I bought it. I have 3 tubs and a shower.I wanted to clean the residue between the tiles without damaging the grout.I used a plastic bucket for the suction hose. It cleaned the grout like something you would see on a TV commercial. As I have a lot of WORX tools I don’t need more batteries so not having to pay for two more batteries was another plus.Because I have a regular power washer I was initially disappointed with the pressure but it was perfect for my task. I would never use a power washer because it would be too easy to damage the grout.
