My Dr. put me on statins for cholesterol. The medication had horrible side effects, so I started searching for a very clean natural alternative. The capsules are large but easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste. I take one in am and one in the pm. No statins and my cholesterol is now within normal range after several months. Please note: I am not a Dr. so please do your own research and consult with your physician before stopping or changing any RX medicines. Results can vary widely.

This is one of the best sources of Omega 3 oils ... made in VA from Menhaden fish with very high levels of EPA, DHA and DPA [which few other brands contain]. It is 'burpless', doesn't taste fishy and easy to swallow with water. I credit it for helping me with a heart condition and for my hair and skin, etc. We visited the factory in Virgina ... really clean given the fish processing it takes to produce this but there is little environmental impact from this plant which is right in town. Very good people own and work there.

Product seems to work, my cholesterol has gone down. It does sometimes give a fishy taste if you burp up though.

These are the best fish oil pills that I have ever tried. I did my research on what amounts of EPA, DHA, and DPA a fish oil supplement should have and these have the proper amount of all three. Most fish oils don't even have the DPA in them and that is important because it is a great anti-inflammatory. I can't take Statin drugs because I have an adverse reaction, so I take these, along with diet and exercise, to improve my good cholesterol levels and for the anti-inflammatory properties. These seem to help with my energy levels and give me more energy and I think they are helping with joint pain, but healthy diet and proper exercise is also very important. Anyway, Menheden Fish oil has the best ratios of all the healthy Omega 3s, and these have high amounts in the perfect ratios. They don't taste like fish or smell like fish because it is highly purified. They don't make me burp and taste/smell fish either. They are easy to swallow as well. My main point is that after doing much research on fish oil and searching many brands, this is the best brand and type of fish oil pill that I could find, and they work!!! I highly recommend this type and brand fish oil; it is awesome!!!!!

It is certainly easy to take. I've been taking it for awhile, but haven't had any blood tests to confirm results yet.

I bought this because it is supposed to have another form of omega 3. I just moved and am exhausted so it is hard to tell if it helped me. I will continue to take it and will report if I see any difference.
