this is the best massage tool I have found !I have the hyper-volt,and a mini , but this surpasses them both. light weight , great for holding with small hands! And I can reach my scapula and mid back and backs of legs easily. AND I Love the heated massage feature and for a great price point! and 4 different massage heads too , 🤩 AND different vibration modes and 3 power modes and functions amazingly well! truly impressed by this massager that has it allTHIS will make a great holiday gift!

This massager was everything. I was hoping it would be in better. It is a little heavy, but that usually means it got good quality parts the heat sensors heat up and the attachment heads aren’t hard. They’re kind of rubbery. It’s a great massager, very good quality. It’s actually the best massage I’ve ever had.

Arrived on time. Packaging was secure. After opening, the product was tested as it charged and worked well and as described, albeit a little larger than I would have preferred. I did knowingly choose the double headed product and this was part of my consideration at the time. In retrospect, if I had tested, seen, or held the product in person, I would have selected differently. It's bulky. I will admit though, I am still pleased with it. The long handle is helpful for reaching better and I really, really was excited for the heat fuctionality. And the double head gets at my neck perfectly. Product is easy to use with little to no assembly required. There's no bag for the plastic massage heads aside from the shipping plastic, but for $30 and a heat feature I'm not going to complain. I already feel like it's well worth the purchase. Time will tell if it holds up, but I'm excited nonetheless. A good handful of pros; heat, length, cordless, easy to operate, double headed feature, and the price, and a couple of silly draw backs of theres no bag for the massage heads and its bulky. It's a really good product right out of the gate. Thank you!

I was skeptical on which massager to order for pain relief but I chose this. I did not know if I trusted the chargeable products. I must say so far I am very happy with this. It is well made. I really appreciate all the functionality. It has some weight, not too heavy and I like the amount because it’s light enough, yet heavy enough to give it stamina. I deal with pain where I cannot reach. This makes it possible with the handle. Be careful turning it on if you’re new to it. It shook and I almost dropped it. It came right on. Charged right up and worked great. It may just be my new best friend. I was happy with the price. The noise is subtle, not bad at all. I am very happy with my purchase.

I wanted to get something to help me with the pain in my feet and legs knowing that it mainly stems from my calf muscles. I don’t have $300 for a calf massager, so I figured I’d get something more manual. I own a Snailax shiatsu style shoulder massager and I really like that purchase, so I was hopeful getting another product from the company.The vibration produced by this unit is intense; speak while it’s on your back and you’ll hear it in your voice. I have found a use for 3 out of the 4 attachments. The spiny attachment is perfect for any part of your body that doesn’t like a harsh point of contact (e.g. an especially sore muscle or one that is near a bony process). It also is the only one I’d recommend using on bare skin. The spines are flexible and it generalizes the area of vibration and does not create too much drag like the other plastic attachments on bare skin. All other attachments, I would recommend using over clothes. The curved attachment works very well for your calves or arms. Your calf muscle has two heads at the pit of your knee, so I would recommend aligning the edge of the curved attachment with your tibia and working each side of your calf from bottom to top. The smooth tri-point attachment works well when you want to put concentrated pressure on a knotted muscle. The bumpy three point attachment doesn’t really work for me in any way I’ve discovered.I’ve determined the shiatsu style massager works better for me for pain relief than this vibrating massager. Very disappointed. I was excited to receive this product after reading all the positive reviews. I had owned a corded hand held massager for many years and was super pleased with it, once it finally kicked the bucket I decided to order this cordless one. Within 2 months after receiving it I started having issues. The charging cable broke and I had to purchase a new one - not a big deal was maybe 10 bucks? But the real issue is that my device does NOT STAY CHARGED. I plug it in for several hours...the light turns red (meaning its fully charged) but immediately DIES after only 3-4 mins of use and I have to recharge it. I have even tried to use it while it was plugged in and it still died after only a few minutes of use. This does seem like a very powerful massager and would be a tremendous help for my chronic back pain...if it would just stay ON for more than a few mins at a time?? So thinking this was a faulty unit, I contacted customer support at Snailax for some resolution...and they did offer to send me a replacement, BUT...I have to ship this unit back AT MY OWN EXPENSE...? Not acceptable... This is terrible customer service in my opinion. I should not have to pay for the return of an item that obviously has a serious defect. The very least the company could do is send me a return shipping label at their expense. I'd like to add that this is the very 1st time I have ever posted a negative review for any product I have ordered from Amazon...but I felt I had to in this instance. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
