Manischewitz Soup Mix Minestrone Pack of 4

This soup tastes like childhood to me — I remember my mom making it in the 1950’s. When I was feeling sick recently, a friend brought some over and it hit the spot. Super healthy too! I add veggies at the end to make it more chunky. Yumm! I hope they keep making it forever!

My local supermarket stopped carrying these but Amazon has ‘em. I use the pea soup mix with a pound or so of short ribs to make a hearty soup. Let it sit in the fridge for a day to thicken. Makes about 4-5 servings per package.

I keep these on hand because it is a quick and easy way to make a quick and healthy meal. I also give them away as gifts to the old ladies at church and they just love them.

Takes longer to soften than expected, but the taste is decent compared to canned versions.
