Q: Is the amerino cherry syrup ok for coffee? Is it weird tasting in coffee?

I have the Fabbri Italian Caramello, and it’s delicious in coffee and on top of ice cream. I’ve also, used it flavoring chocolate & vanilla icing. I was quite surprised how it tasted like true caramel. If the cherry is too overpowering in coffee; use in seltzer or Coca Cola, Sprite or flavoring a cake and or icing. My next step is the Amarena syrup. Fabbri Italian Amarena cherries are to die for. If the syrup is anything like their cherries in syrup, you will not be disappointed. I hope this answers your question.

Q: My syrup has gotten too thick to pour. How can I thin it out?

The only way to make it more liquid is to add a little water to it!

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated after opening?

I prefer to refrigerate it, but it does not need to.
