I use the Chicken Base most often because it adds a boost of Flavor! instead of just saltiness.I've used Paste Chicken Beef Ham Clam Lobster Lamb Vegetable & seafood bases for over 40 years in my career in culinary arts, and use it at home religiously.I just keep it in the refrigerator (with the lid on tight) and it stays good as well as the powered stuff at the store. Wow! The roasted chicken soup base was so good! I use it in making my chicken soup and I also flavored my gravy. The beef was fabulous! I and my mom loved the deep, rich roasted meat taste of it. Better then any other we have tried. I used mine in a lot of beef stew and I put a spoonful in my chili. What a huge difference in flavor. Mom made a lot of beef barley soup and was very happy with the final result. We already bought more. The free soup bowl was an added bonus.

The base is less salty than bouillon cubes and enhances the flavor of almost any meal with chicken or beef there’s also a pork base that I have not purchased but I’m sure it’s as good as the chicken and beef that I use currently, would highly recommend The chicken and beef base give much added flavor too many meals

Flimsy handle on the microwaveable cup/mug. Not ideal when you're carrying around scalding hot liquids. Otherwise, I love minors various soup bases.

Great product! Best bases out there! And the added cup with lid is a nice bonus! This is a great price for these as well

Excellent quality base (Best in the business) Can be made even better by combining with the roast drippings especially if you prepare your roasts with a mirepoix. Can be used in place of beef stock for sauces and soup. Extended shelf life in the freezer or refrigerator. I will be buying again.

We have used this stuff for years both at restaurants and at home. People will be asking how you got such a great flavor. We use in soups, gravies and any time we want more rich flavor.

I love the paste better then store bought broth. The flavor is more intense and u can add as little or as much as u want. I use for soups gravies and sauces
