5 Sun 10 Steps with Hidden Drawer - Japanese Puzzle Box

Beautifully made. I got this for my husband (this is now the second of these boxes we own. He very much enjoyed finding the extra drawer in it... next time I have to get one with more steps.. he's just so quick to solve them now.

I bought the 4 sun 10 step box and loved it so much I bought this because of the hidden drawer, and started having a sinking feeling when I was able to open it the exact same day. And no, the drawer isnt so hidden that I cant find it. The bottom is the same thickness as the rest of the box and definitely has now room for the drawer. Returning immediately

I have been giving Japanese Puzzle boxes for decades for Christmas. Its a fun way to give gifts inside and watch them try to figure it out. Its a tradition here for us now.These are good quality, same as I usually get, only thing was, they did NOT come shipped in their box.The boxes are usually, very well made, very distinguished and styled.To NOT have these boxes, kind of takes away some of the "classiness" of these gifts.They are good puzzle boxes, just wish they came in their usually well made, classically designed boxes.

I don't know how to fairly rate these boxes because the more moves, the rarer and more of a collector's item these are, but also less practical that they will be used to store little girls trinkets and secrets. This one falls into the latter, with all the moves on one of the smaller faces of the box (and the top), and the secret box popping out the other end.Neither compartment holds a dollar bill. Fits flat but need to fold it.I think this would be the perfect gift for my smart 5 year old niece. I bought a smaller box but it is too hard to give to her right now, with the moves alternating 3 faces.

It could be just me, but this item did not have a hidden drawer, nor did the instruction include a way to find this imaginary drawer. 😑

Hade one about 30 yrs ago. Just how I remember it. Slides with ease Drawers even makes the chimes sound Love this.

This is not what I ordered. There is no hidden drawer. The edges are rough.
