I'm normally a Daynurse fan whenever I have a cold but I thought I'd try these. They definitely take the edge of the annoying runny nose and foggy head. I'd definitely purchase again as excellent value for money and they work.

Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 caplets with water, up to three times a day as required. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years.
