Best pot pie crust ever combine equal parts of this whole Wheat Pastry flour with AP flour!
Could not find Whole Wheat Pastry Flour in stores near me. I made a pot pie crust recipe with equal parts regular Whole Wheat Flour and All-Purpose Flour and it was good but the recipe called for Whole Wheat Pastry Flour.I ordered Early Morning Harvest Whole Wheat Pastry Flour and made another pot pier crust with equal parts of this flour and AP flour according to the same recipe. the crust was delicious and so flakey !Love this product.

Excellent wheat flour. A great find!
Whole wheat flour that has any of the bran left is very hard to find. This is good flour with texture. I use it in my whole wheat bread. It performs very well.

Made my first homemade bread with this flour and it came out wonderful. It smells so good! First product got damaged in shipping but the company sent out a new one without me asking. Exceptional company and product!

Not pastry flour
I was looking for whole wheat pastry flour when I bought this, which is difficult to find. I was really disappointed to find it was definitely not pastry flour. It should be fine for WW bread recipes, but don’t even think of trying to bake a cake with this. Please change the misleading label and product description.

Whole wheat flour
This flour really helps me to stay on a low fat diet, since it doesn't have much. fat in it per serving

Not Pastry Flour
I ordered whole wheat pastry flour. The product I received was labeled whole wheat Flour (better for pastry) and was not like the pastry flour that I regularly use. I sifted a cup of this product and had a half of cup of brown chaff left in my sifter. When I sift Bob's Red Mill Pastry Flour I have a few brown flakes leftover. This is not Pastry Flour.

Good Whole Wheat Flour, but not Pastry Flour (as advertised)
It’s a good whole wheat flour made from red wheat, but not pastry flour as advertised. It’s courser than whole wheat pastry flour which is usually made from soft white wheat and is lighter with less gluten than regular whole wheat flour. This makes it better for cookies, cakes and pancakes, but not as good for bread as whole wheat flour.
