Polar Animals

This is a great book for discussing polar animals with small children! It teaches but it rhymes and it's fun to read. Highly recommend adding this to your library, especially if you are doing any sort of polar animal theme.

simple enough for our 20 mo, but our 4yo was telling everyone about the animals in the book as well

My wife uses these books in her first grade classroom and the kids love them. Recommended for young or starting readers.

I made knit shirts for boys with winter animals on them and I bought this book for them to look at and listen to... they can pick out the animals that are on their shirts ( snowy owl, polar bear, whale etc...)

This book is very cute, my baby enjoys looking at the beautiful pictures of real animals. It is also very good for older children who are starting to read.

This is a sweet little book that presents interesting facts in a way that makes them easily accessible to young children. The illustrations are wonderful.

This is a lovely fact book to use when planning lessons for habitats in the arctic. Let the children use it when they are using small world role play so that they are learning relevant information as they play.

The children I childmind enjoyed looking at the lovely animal photographs and listened well to the simple text. A favourite winter book on the shelf
