Delicious!!
Our family does not do pork and we have been wanting beef salami for a while so when I saw this I immediately purchased two. I saw some people saying it was expensive but with quality, you will pay the price. Will be ordering more. My daughters' said scrumdilium! My husband loved it. Great product!!

Will definitely order this again. For those who are looking for non-pork salami this is the best I found on Amazon so far. At times maybe a little salty, but the taste was so good, I will also try the turkey. As a bonus you get two 7 oz. salami for the price of one when looking at other sellers/products. You can't go wrong with this one.

Mix of soft and hard...
This beef salami sat somewhere in the middle of being soft and dry hard. Confusing but overall a good taste and semi good deal for the price. Would recommend of anyone asked.

Delicious
At first, when placing the order, I thought that it was kind of expensive. But when we received it and tried it me and my husband loved it. We can’t have any pork products so we’re pretty limited on what salami we can eat. I love making cheese boards so this was a good addition to my board. Would recommend to anyone

Delicious Product
If you have a slicer or have access to a slicer, then this is the perfect product to buy. If you like your meat cut in chunks and are not particular how your meat is cut, then this is the perfect product to buy. The taste is exactly what you should expect if you are looking for Authentic Hard Salami.

Extremely salty taste
The product arrived with a warm package of some liquid that seemed it was once a frozen coolant. It is a skinny salami and can be cut into pieces (so I don't know why I am asked to rate thickness). To my taste, it was very salty. I threw it out, since it isn't returnable. I've eaten salami before, of course, and this tasted the saltiest.

Addictive and proudly made in the USA .
1-I like its firmness and smoked flavor . 2-I dont eat pork but don't find beef sausage anymore on the traditionnal market . 3-I must go back in the 80's to find beef salami moreover , I don't remember having tasted such a delicious as these ones .

Awesome snack
This is so flavorful! I love to take this out west when I need a snack while hunting. It lasts me the whole week. I would definitely buy again.
