Thin rubber grommet & plastic mold imperfections
Rubber grommet (thinner than OEM) tears easily, even when using silicone lube for install.Plastic molded parts have aesthetic imperfections.

Works very smoothly!
Arrived on time. Relatively easy to install - could use some body clips for under hood use as the old (original) ones cracked when I removed the cable from them.
