Totally worth it
It was my life long dream to have a steam sauna. I have allergies and sinus issues and I suffer for it. I literally spent years trying to figure out to build a professional sauna. I got a quote once where I could have had my shower converted into a steam shower for 20Gs. That's when i realized I was broke. I eventually did solve the issue, I built a killer steam sauna out a greenhouse kit and some cedar planks. Obviously the last piece of equipment i needed was a pro steam generator. I had come too far to settle for some home remedies garbage and as I mentioned before I am broke. So I discovered this little beauty and it was totally worth it for a great price. I've now used this steam generator for months and it's the best thing to happen to me since I bought a pizza oven on Amazon. I live in a dry erred desert environment and having the ability to steam and hydrate myself has literally changed my life. Even my wife loves it and she hates everything. My steam room is 4x8ft and this devise will steam so so hot and thick i can't even see the other side of the room. The device is easy to install, easy to operate with virtually no maintenance. It just works and that makes me happy when things work. Whether you are the guy with a 20 thousand dollar steam shower or you are like me, steaming in a plastic greenhouse in the backyard, this generator is awesome! And so affordable. Every time I steam I feel like a king. My only advise is buy the upgraded model with the AUTOMATIC DRAINAGE. I didn't think it was a big deal but it is. Nothing worse then coming out of a nice relaxing steam into the cold air and having to dig around the housing box in the dark to release the manual drain.

Manual drain unit versus auto drain
I had no idea what I was looking for when looking to buy a new steam generator to replace the broken one in our new home. I must say, we LOVED this generator. It’s definitely a great purchase. You do need to watch the video to completely understand it.My only thing I want to make sure people know because I didn’t know and this would have affected my choice ahead of time is that this generator requires you to manually drain it after every use. Apparently, I now know that some generators are auto draining where you don’t have to. My husband and I do short term rentals so unfortunately for us the manual drain did not make sense and we had to send it back when we found this out, but we were very sad because this is a great buy for sure. Just be sure when searching you know to look for that because I didn’t. I don’t think my husband had a hard time draining it so don’t let this stop you if you want to save money on a unit and just drain it yourself because it’s a great buy! :)

Pleasantly surprised - Better than my old expensive steam generator
My old expensive generator rusted out and leaked needing for repair or replace. The repair was going to cost more than the price of this new unit.Since my unit is in very tight space, and as a bonus, I took the time to upgrade my whole installation and make it much easier to service in the future.1. I installed a 240v dryer outlet2. I used a 240v dryer cord (3 prong) and wired that to the generator making it now a plug-able unit3. I used rigid but bendable connectors with dielectric break for all lines (no more soldering difficult angles)The performance of this generator is fantastic. Far better than my old generator. It goes to 55 celsius in 15 minutes or less.Hopefully it will last.

cheap parts, wrong parts
upon receiving the product I noticed right away a different control panel than offered by the product description. also there was a cheap plastic steam nozzle and not the one in the photo. I sent an email informing the seller of the model discrepancy of the pump i received and the one offered by the product description. they sent an email back stating that its the same model when i had both model numbers in from of me and they 100% are not the same. But ok i looked up the model i received and it seemed to be a decent pump so i installed due to time restrictions. It honestly worked very well after installation and heated as stated with 0 issues. My clients returned home after a long vacation and used twice only to have the plastic nozzle melt the threads shut and caused thermal expansion in the wall cracking a tile and flooding the basement with condensed steam. This is 100% due to the plastic nozzle not being able to withstand the temperatures provided. I would not recommend this seller as they clearly packaged a bunch of different useless parts and sold them. I'm currently on the phone with amazon trying to get reimbursed for the entire system plus the cost of remodeling the shower stall as this is just not ok.

Works fine, great value.
We moved into a very old house with a nonworking steam shower, an old Mr Steam unit that appears to be like 20 years old. After finding out the heating element was broken, and that the heating element was $360, we decided to try this one out to save some $$$.This thing works totally fine. The manual drain can be a minor pain. But getting a working steamer for $200 in a house we are only renting, no complaints here.It takes awhile to heat up but we also have a massive tiled steam shower and it does eventually get cranking.Well worth
