Sure I haven't finished the series yet, but every book is hilarious and keeps up with all. haracters. from a child to adult, just as one that age would think, at the age he is in said book. I highly recommend. you may not want to do anything else but read these once you start, but that's ok... as long as you don't forget to sleep eat and go to work.. and the bathroom as often as time pwemits. Then bathe/shower if your associates mind your stink.

Best books I've ever read. Adrian is my favorite fictional character, beating Pippi Longstocking, Bridget Jones and Harry Potter. I laugh, I cry and I feel bereft every time I finish the series. But I give it a few months and pick it up again. It is that good. I miss Sue Townsend so much and wish she was still here to write more.

Hilarious, touching, and brilliantly written. Highly recommended. The eight volume set is a nice addition to the collection.

These have been the books that I loved as they came out, I read and reread them whenever I need some cheering up, Adrian Mole is just the funniest and most heartwarming piece of literature ever. I am in a pretty stressful place in life, so I decided to donate my used copies and get this set. And I haven’t put them down since they arrived. It would be lovely if they printed hard cover editions one day, but till then these will do perfectly. The price is quite good too.

Adrian Mole will hopefully become one of the great classics in the future. Townsend treats her pedantic hero with great tenderness. People often review him as 'hilarious' but the books are much more complex than just comedy.

Excellent price for a very nice boxset, currently looks very pretty on the shelf, fighting my teenage son for the first in the series as he loves it and finds it hilarious. No doubt he won't take long to read it.I've not read the first ones since I was a teenager, really looking forward to reading the ones I didn't know existed.

I bought this book collection for my great granddaughter. Knowing her I am certain she will love this. I am delighted with the whole package. If I had some decent reading glasses then I’d read them myself. 🙂

I love Adrian Mole books but some of my old ones are really old so it is nice to have a nice new matching set of books & I will donate all my old or older books that are all different sizes & mismatched. Very happy with my purchase!
