That's All Folks by Blanc, Mel [Music CD]

For anyone that's a fan of the golden age of animation. Mel is a genius! The best is "Daffy Duck Sonata". ( Be forewarned, Amazon actually goofed + listed The perfomers of the actuall last track as the final Track! Just backtrack a subtrack "Mel as drunk ).

I bought this for my Momma. When she was a little girl, her daddy, my wonderful grandpa used to sing, "The Hat I got for Christmas was too BIG" to his kids at Christmas. She in turn always sang it, and talked about him when she did. This song has a very special place in our hearts. Thank you Mel Blanc for many wonderful memories brought about with your song.

This is an excellent album. All of the songs like I Taut I Taw a Puddy Tat and Daffy Ducks Rhapsody are funny. So are Yoseite Sam Woody Woodpecker Im glad that Im Bugs Bunny Thats All Folks The Hat I Got For Christmas is Too Big Yah This is Ein Christmas Tree etc. Part of me wishes his other two Christmas songs I Tant Wait Till Quistmas Day and Christmas Chopsticks were on here but que sere sere. They are on his other greatest hits album which I have so its no big deal. Besides the Christmas ones a few of the funny ones where hes not doing one of his cartoon voices are K-K-K-Katy and Big Bear Lake.All the other songs and the extras are good too. Youll be disappointed if you dont get this album.

Entertaining, though I wish there were more samples of Mel during his radio and television career. Quality of the recordings are very good.

We love this CD and it has songs from my husbands childhood that he loves.
