Tiny little crumbs and tasted awful and very $$$$!
I am trying to find mushroom crisps like the ones they used to sell at Costco. This product was a VERY small amount and tasted stale, extremely disappointed. They use cannola oil to fry these which is also not a good or healthy oil. DO NOT BUY!

Good, but a bit too expensive (origianl)
Tastes like a deep fried mushrooms... Crispy like a chip. Nothing more expected, but nothing "mind blowing" either. The bag is only filled enough to cover the clear window. You don't get a whole lot for $6.

Maybe for a soup not as a snack
I did not like the taste of this product! I love mushrooms I’ve loved mushrooms since I was a child I’ve eaten fresh mushrooms from the store forever and I don’t like the way these taste the person that said they taste like gross is right these might taste good if you use them in a mushroom soup or a soup like a cream-based soup in lieu of a cracker they would probably taste OK but by themselves as a snack I would much prefer having a container of fresh mushrooms that I’ve washed and I dip and salad dressing a bazillion times over don’t purchase and less you’re planning to use for a cream-based soupThe mushroom taste is gone and comes through is an aftertaste it’s kind of weird and the upfront taste that you initially taste is gross

Not as tasty nor as visually appealing as other mushroom snacks
These were odd-shaped pieces, not whole mushrooms or slices, and not all were recognizable as mushrooms. They tasted OK, but not as amazing as other mushroom snacks, and they were not significantly less expensive.

Worth trying, but not worth getting again.
I bought this because it seemed interesting. I bought it a few months ago, but haven't even eaten half the bag. They taste a bit like pistachios to me, but only if you eat a piece or two then put it away. I tried once eating several pieces at once, and it tasted almost like a walnut that's almost bitter. Not especially appetizing...to me.

Not really "chips"
As others have said, here are not genuine chips in any real sense of the word. They have a slight crunch but then a subsequent chewiness. Not a great mouthfeel. They taste ok, like mushrooms. I was looking for a real "chip" like consistency. Won't re-order these.

great snack
this is a real great tasting dried mushroom snack. it's crispy and kept the freshness even after opening the bag. i ordered the original taste because of it's lower salt content. can't say anything about the other tastes, beside guessing they might taste even better.

Dry as a old abandoned sponge
These have no flavor, and since its a freeze dried mushroom its like a sponge in your mouth. At least add a little seasoning to help your mouth salivate and lube it up a little. Nope just a dry flavorless sponge. BUT I will try using as a something to add to backpacking food, it might be good re hydrated. I hate wasting them.
