Best/ smartest thing ive ever bought
Packaging was very secure, easy to unpack, great instructions for set up/care.Great quality equipment, wish the glass jar felt a bit more stronger but im just careful carrying/lifting it..Definitely use two hands when its full of pure distilled H2O water but otherwise its a beautiful distiller/glass container.I use it every other day, just for myself and my pets but dose warm up the room its in (been very nice in the winter so far, see how summer goes) but the pure H2O water it produces is so pretty...it basically sparkles its so clear. So the gunk in the tank afterwards is always different, im kinda shocked that the tap water in Chicago is so gross but im not realy suprised. Im sure there is worse places, im mostly left with murky water and build up residue but a few times its been like mushy boogers galore..so gross and I cant imagine what that is ive been drinking.Very easy to clean, ive just been using white vinegar (soaking for 5-30min depending) wipes right off and good to go.Ive been filling just a little past the line (don't go over or it will overfill the glass jar, but I do this so it turns off with some water left in it and dosen't completely dry up... regardless the white vinegar cleans it right up.*Dont open or clean till its cooled off.*Going to by a can of air too clean the fan and coils with from any dust that might build up on them.I love it so much, the water tastes AMAZING.I add sol'e (that I made) to my 2 gallon drinking water container for some good natural minerals, just a half teaspoon. Ive also been given it to my cats, the love it and just started giving my plants some as well (but without any sol'e) I have a spray bottle of distilled pure H2O on my bathroom sink that I use to wash my face now...my skin is glowing.A few days after drinking the distilled pure H2O water my joints felt so much better it incredible but I did notice i was having detoxing effects from drinking it but wasn't that bad and well worth the benefits. Also noticed my teeth seem cleaner/so smooth and shiny.Best thing you can do is invest in your health and this is a great 1st step in that direction.100% recommend this for your home. Ps: i paid for this with my own money, for my own personal use in helping my health.*update* works GREAT, very happy with it. One recommendation is to not let it run till it turns off (u can of course) but I find that any funky smells/dry residue left behind from water in tank can be really bad and put the filter through hell, even ruining fresh distilled waterwith icky smell.. Also definitely wait till inside of tank airs out/cools down because when you open it the smell can be harsh. After that i put icky smelly filter in some distilled water for 30min, then again in more fresh distilled water for another 30min let dry in sunlight and its been good too reuse.

love the crystal clear water.
great product so far. love the taste of the nice clean water it produces .but i am not using regular tap water straight , i distill all ready filtered water . it's just my preference . when the water is done i just add a pinch of pink salt to a gallon to make up the the mineral balance that is usually lost in distilled water and add 21 drops of 12% Hydrogen Peroxide for extra the oxygen . these little additions gives the water a nice and crispy spring water flavor and quality and also the extra oxygen it's very good for your overall energy and health.i read some rust issues in some other reviews . mine is nice and clean after about 2 months of frequent use. but it is very important to clean it good. i don't only use just the cleaner that comes with the machine, i usually make 3 gallon water at once, it could make 1 gallon in about 5 hours so when one gallon is done i pour the good water into a glass jar, dump the left over water from the bottom, just a quick rinse with clean water if i need and i just fill it up again/it could only hold a gallon water at a time /and repeat the process . so i could make two gallons during the day /about 10 hours/ and i let it run again once at night so by the morning i have 3 gallon water ready ,which for only one person will be enough for 3-4 days depending of your water intake , hotter months obviously make you drink more , or if you work out , hike a lot :) so this way i don't have to do the cleaning process after every single gallon i make.. my way of cleaning it is , i use a combination of apple cider vinegar/sodium bicarbonate=baking soda/and the cleaner it comes with, after i dumped the rest of the water from the bottom i just pour little apple cider i in the bottom add the sodium bicarbonate and the original cleaner that comes with the distiller, let it set for a minute to let them do their magic and then with a soft /not metallic scrub/ i just scrub it nicely and i rinse it . if it did it's job then i just dry it with a paper towel. if i still see some discolorations on the bottom or on the side i repeat the process. if you use tap water to distill your water this gentle method may won't work for you as you have to deal with more residue at the end. then please use the recommended cleaning method mentioned in the user's manual by the factory, a good trick to make the cleaning easier in either case is that you don't let the distiller to run its full program till it'll shut of by it self, because by that time the inside is all dried up with everything in it , so any residues you may distilled out of your water will be hardened to the bottom, so to avoid that get a kitchen timer that you could plug in to one of your electrical outlet, i've got mine Ebay for about 10 bucks its called Century,if you put in to Ebay's search window it'll should come up. then set the timer for about 5 hours then it'll turn the distiller off for you before it'll dry out. with my timer i figured it out if i set it one mark above 5 hours then it's perfect timing. but you may have to experiencing with it what will work best for the water you work with, let say if you use tap water you may need to shot it of a bit earlier to dump all that residue out a bit easier. also between distillation i take out the filter from the nozzle to let it air dry to make sure it wont get any mold by sitting in there fold up wet for days . anyway, hope this helps, have a blessed day everyone :)
