This makes for a wonderful wireless solution
This makes for a wonderful wireless solution for those looking to get started with shooting content. Let it be a new vlogger or someone shooting remotely for the first time that can’t afford some of those bigger brands. For their price, they sound pretty good, coming close to the Shure and Senn options we like to use. You can hear the difference, but the similarities are more than notable. Especially since the big name brands will cost around $600-$1200 per transmitter/receiver combo. So not only are you saving money, but you are sounding good right from the start. Making it hard to tell when all the viewer can see is the lav clipped to your shirt. User-friendliness isn’t an issue as the average user (with any technical experience) can figure out how to hook it up and manage their way through the few settings on the display without a sweat. You can switch between 50 pre-set channels on the transmitter and receiver. The description says 100 channels, but they might be referring to possible combinations if you are using two transmitters (if you bought an additional one). There is definitely only 50 channels to choose from though. The transmitter’s settings only include this setting (channel), outside of the low-cut which is controlled via the switch on the side. The receiver, you can change the channel, the output level to the headphone jack, and the output level to the camera (or other recording source). Then you have a switch on the side to swap between mix or stereo (if using two transmitters). We have been seeing more of these names pop up with wireless lav solutions, making for a wonderful dive into the world of comparing A vs B when it comes to new names vs popular brands (mostly thanks to the savings you gain out of the price tag). This option seems to be no different. A good price with pretty decent quality. So far in our tests, we haven’t run into any complications. **If you have found our review helpful, please vote it as helpful below so I know. This helps me provide quality feedback in the future.

Terrible mic quality. Do not buy!!!
This is a terrible product. It works properly but the mic quality is absolutely terrible. Cannot be used on a professional job. I would return it if I didn’t miss my window to do so.

Reasonably priced wireless lav mic system.
I was looking for another set on transmitter-receiver wireless lapel system and found this one, I can tell you that quality of recording sound on my Sony A64oo almost indistinguishable with more expensive X3 brand. Wow! This is f=-definitely a good bargain for $169. It takes same batteries my older unit has and connects the same type of lapel microphones, so I can mix and match them if I want to. On top of everything, you can buy more transmitter units and add them to your receiver. (2 mics synced to one camera.) Really looking forward to checking this one for 2-3 person interview. Al and all this is good buy money vs quality, cant' recommend enough.

Good Sound Quality and Pro Functionality
This wireless lavalier lapel mic has a LOW CUT FILTERING function, can cut off the low-frequency part, voices cone in clear as day and natural. Good and steady sound when you enter the right frequency, and long lasting battery time. I am beyond happy that there is 2 windscreen for free, you can feel free to record a video outdoors, ideal for YouTubers and vloggers.

So far, excellent - Update 3/2020 - still good
I bought two sets of Pixel Mk-7microphones for my Canon SL-2 and they are a bit cheaper than these. They had good audio quality for my purposes (Youtube videos), but one set broke after 6 months and the other after two weeks! So, I bought this set and they do very well. Audio quality is good. There are a few more bells and whistles than the Pixel but my main concern is that they they hold up on my expeditions into the woods where I do my videos. So far so good after several months. It seems that the microphone connector (a week spot on the Pixel) is stronger and actually screws in, for a sturdier connection. Update 3/2020 - These microphones are much tougher than any others I've had. I put them through almost daily use. The screw in microphone plug is a key to its longevity compared to the Pixel and others. After constant popping recharged batteries into the plastic battery holder almost daily, one end finally gave way. The microphone still works, but batteries tend to pop out if you're not careful. No problem. A quick email to service and two new ones are on the way free. Highly recommended.

Unknown noise on occasion
I am a film student, so I have the confidence of using lavalier, but this one. Since I am a poor film student, I can't afford a more expensive one. After doing some research and reading people's reviews, I decided to choose this item. Last time, one of my best friends asked me to film a church ceremony and I have to record the priest's speech. I was constantly monitoring the sound just because it is one of the most important aspects of a video. There comes a nightmare. Once in a while, about five minutes apart, there is a lousy noise that gets recorded. I thought it was my headphone at first then when I review my footages at home, they are there. Then I thought it might be there was some signal interference, I tested it again at home. The unacceptable noise came up again. It was very bad. I was hoping to return the item, but everything was too late.

Not good for mobile phones.
I bought this for my iPhone X. It said I’d need an adapter. I bought it, and the mic doesn’t reach the phone. No matter what. I searched like crazy for directions online. No luck. Description says that with the adapter it will work. So I bought it. Doh. I need some Sort of directions. As technologically advanced as I am, even I couldn’t figure it out. I think I’ll return.

Really good, except when it isn't.
Occasionally, even with the foam cover on the mic, it'll record a burst of static, cut out for a few seconds, another burst of static, and then back to normal. I've played with the sensitivity in both my camera and the mics, same issue. And it happens on my cell phone as well, so I know it isn't my G7 camera. Too bad, because otherwise this works really well.
